White Sands Village Condominiums are across from one of the finest beaches on the Kona coast: White Sands Beach. The locals call it 'Magic Sands.' Swimming, boogie boarding, and snorkeling in the clear blue water are a must. Just three and a half miles north on Alii Drive is the charming and picturesque village of Kailua-Kona. One mile south is the famous snorkeling beach, Kahaluu. Kahaluu offers easy access to the undersea population of green sea turtles and colorful tropical fish of every description. After a glorious day in the sun, it is a short stroll down to the White Sands Beach to watch a spectacular Kona sunset. If you get lucky, you may see the famous green flash.

Our 1208 square foot home is located on the second floor of the Kuakini building of White Sands Village. Of the three building in this complex, this building is set off the main road and is nestled in a garden setting. The view from the lanai is of the manicured gardens and the blue waters of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This tastefully decorated and updated unit is fully equipped to feel like a home away from home. The condominium has been impeccably maintained and professionally cleaned in preparation for your arrival. This home gives you a master bedroom with a king bed and master bath, a guest room with a queen bed and guest bath. The spacious living room is the perfect place to unwind after a full day in the sun and plan the next day's activities. Open the sliding doors and enjoy the trade winds of the Pacific or turn on the air-conditioner for a cooler evening. The storage chest on the lanai is stocked with a variety of beach equipment for your use. This concrete constructed building is very quiet, safe and secure. This unit comes with a washer and dryer, two covered parking spaces, large private lanai, and access to all the amenities of White Sands Estates. These amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, billiards, tennis courts, BBQ area, and manicured gardens. The building does have elevator service but due to a small set of stairs up to the landing, it is not handicap accessible. The historic and beautiful town of Kailua-Kona, just 3.5 miles north on Alii Drive, offers fine dining, shopping, nightlife, excursions, local art, and a local farmer's market. The market offers an abundance locally grown fresh tropical fruits and the world famous Kona Coffee. Just 2 miles to the south you will find Keauhou shopping center. Keauhou offers a modern grocery store, cinemas, ice cream shops and various restaurants.

Wonderful condo in Hawaii. What could be better?

Huge condo, easily large enough for four people comfortably. Kitchen was well-stocked, plenty of beach items, plus the condo was clean and comfortable. Beach was nearby as well as several good restaurants. I would definitely like to go back.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Condo is equipped with everything we ever needed on vacation.Beds are very comfortable. Owners of the condo been very prompt to answer any questions and let us stay until 6pm on a day of checkout, saving another day of vacation for us. Will most likely come back

Beautiful, well-maintained condo with easy access to a lovely beach.

Can thoroughly recommend this condo - it is spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained and just a two minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony - and ample supplies of beach equipment - and the beds were very comfortable.

Great spot, great value, great memories

Everything about this was top notch. The condo was easy access from the airport and a great spot on the island to get to all major sites while being in the nicest area in my opinion. Frankie and Jacky communicated and had a very well stocked condo. This is likely the cleanest vrbo we have been too and we didn’t have to go out Day one and buy all the goofy stuff a place is typically missing. Great beach across the road (very busy over boxing week which I normally loathe but still awesome), and restaurants and stores are all very nearby. Would recommend this to others and will definitely try and get back.

Comfortable Condo with a Great Location

My family and I stayed here in October, 2017 for four nights. The location was perfect for sightseeing on the Kona side of the island. Its a short drive to the town of Kailua, which has tons of restaurants and shopping and it was really fun to walk around. We were picked up for tours at a nearby hotel. We could see the beach across the street from the condo balcony, which was nice for sunsets. The owners provided lots of beach equipment in a storage unit on the balcony, which was great. The condo itself was definitely perfect for a family of 4. My husband and I had a bathroom right off of our bedroom and the kids had one in the hall. The kitchen was well stocked. We made breakfast every morning, made sandwiches for lunch, and even cooked a couple of dinners as well. There is a swimming pool at the complex with a view of the ocean that the kids enjoyed every afternoon. Beach towels were provided in the unit. The complex was quiet--no noise problems. Covered parking was provided for 2 cars just downstairs from the unit. There were also 2 TV's so the kids could watch their shows and we could watch something else. The washer and dryer were also conveniently located in the master bathroom and doing laundry really helped. Overall, we had a great visit. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their wonderful home with us!

Our 1208 square foot home gives you a master bedroom with King bed & bath, a guest room with a Queen bed & bath. It has a fully supplied kitchen, dining room, and living room plus a large private lanai. Located in the more exclusive Kuakini Building, this condo is peaceful and quiet, yet a short walk to the White Sands Beach. The concrete building is very quiet. It has an elevator and covered parking, which other condos in Kona often lack.

The condo is located 13 miles to Kailua-Kona Airport (KOA), two miles to Kona Country Club Golf Course, and two miles to Keahou Shopping Center. The volcano is about a 95-mile drive. Fine and casual dining are close by if you don’t wish to cook at home.

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this quality unit is just the place!
