perfect!

This condo was a perfect fit for my young adult son and I! We loved the location, view, beach access and pool area. The pool table was an unexpected bonus that my son enjoyed. We are both looking forward to returning!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. The shower in the master bathroom could use an update, but other than that the condo was updated and comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the condo.

Tree Top Condo

On the 3rd floor the balcony put you right at the tree tops. Perfect for bird watching and still see the sunsets over the Pacific. It is in the furthest building from Ali’i drive so very quiet and private. The condo is very well equipped and updated thermostat and front door lock was convenient. Clean quiet and comfortable is the trifecta for a wonderful holiday.

Great Stay / Perfect Location

Easy checkin / checkout. Great lanai with view of the ocean. The beach gear provided for use was an added bonus! Pool area was great with a nice covered area with several grills. Overall clean, comfortable and a great location!

Great stay

This is a return visit for us to this unit. Love the Hawaiian decor and its location in the back building provides a quiet ,relaxing environment. Hope to be back again.

Wonderful stay

Great location situated in the back building of the complex and on the top floor. Great views and enjoyed hearing the birds at sunset. Clean and comfortable.

First time with VRBO

We enjoyed the location and the lanai. Beds were not made when we arrived. Found out 3 days later the cleaners never showed up before our arrival. So bedding there was not washed. Then host asked if cleaners could come clean while we were there. Host does not live in area so there is no quality control to make sure cleaners are doing their job.

Nice location, patio needs some TLC

Door was unlocked when we showed up. The lanai has a no shade , the old one appears missing/broken, no lounge chairs, a huge tall wooden table with high uncomfortable chairs. Location is good , near the beach.

Happy Hawaii

We have stayed in the complex 3 other times and love the location, pool and amenities. The unit itself is very nice, and the view from the lanai can't be beat. Our one minus is the DVD player listed as in the unit had been removed. A streaming service had been added but without instructions it was difficult to navigate. Since we couldn't play our movies we watched TV in the master bedroom in the evening. Over all a good stay though.

Great location, Great condo

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great (probably the best beach in Kona across the street), the condo was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (worked great with our 2 teenage boys), well equipped. Very private Lanai, super quiet, dedicated parking spot. Internet works great (again 2 teenage boys ; ) ). Beth was very responsive and helpful, highly recommended. The ++ : Kitchen fully stacked, beach towels, chairs, sun umbrella, etc..

Convenient and Comfortable Home

The property is well maintained. The condo is exactly as described. It is nice to hear the birds and you can see gorgeous sunsets from the Lanai. The owners are very responsive as well as the managers for the condo. It is very comfortable for a couple and a family. It is a well stocked kitchen. If you want peace and quiet, this is the spot. We definitely will come back.

Great stay!

The condo was great! Location is amazing! We could see the sunset from the lanai, and watched from there if we didnt feel like running the 30 seconds across the street to the beach. Almost daily saw whale spouts/breaching. Place was clean, easily accessible, and the A/C at night was amazing (for these Canadians! Haha) Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans that we needed. And the satelite/smart tv was great to have to watch the news/surf conditions for the morning, and for the kids to chill out to a show or movie at the end of the day. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Perfect lodging

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Super easy check in, condo was very clean, confortable beds and lots of amenities (towels, cooler with ice packs, snorkelling gear, boogies board and more!) for the beach and even some commodity food. We lèves to have 2 bathrooms and really felt like home. Location is good too, in front of a family beach with fun ocean to play in… and Beautiful sea turtles and fishes right off the ocean! Owner were really generous with us. We are very thankful for this stay. Julie, Math and Theo :)

Excellent property and amenities

We chose the 2 bedroom property because we traveled with 16 year old grandson. The bedrooms were fine, the kitchen was wonderful with induction range, dishwasher, dishes and cookware all top notch. The lanai was lovely, and there was an assortment of snorkel gear, beachmat and chairs, all things that made using the beach (and pool) easy without needing extra purchases. The only minor inconvenience we tried to address by emailing the owners (as requested in their info sheet), but never got a response. Overall a great experience. We would return in a heartbeat!

Kona Condo

We had a great stay at this property. Easy checkin/checkout. The 2 bed/2 bath unit was well appointed and in a great location across the street from the Magic Sands Beach Park. The unit was in the back of the complex, so very quiet. Felt like a treehouse with birds chirping away outside. Great lanai with view of the ocean to enjoy your morning coffee or meals. Lanai also had beach gear for use (chairs, sand toys, snorkel gear, coolers, umbrellas, and bogie board). One note for future guests (which did not affect our stay), the tennis courts have been removed (even though they show up on latest Google Aerial Map).

Wonderful property in paradise

This condo was exactly like pictured. It was wonderful. The location couldn't be any better right across from White Sands Beach (and yes they did disappear while we were there!) It was on a main street but far enough back that you didn't hear any traffic. You could hear the numerous birds singing at sunrise and sunset. It was beautiful. You could also see the ocean from the balcony. The condo was very well supplied in the kitchen and also for beach activities. We had a small appliance problem and when we told the owners, they had it fixed immediately. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Great Location

Front sliding door doesn't lock, Front door doesn't shut you have to push the door in for it to lock. Not enough towels, we bought all new sleeping pillows and sheets. There is a bad smell in the condo, it's coming from the disposal or drainage. We did baking soda and vinegar, didn't help, we did lemons, helped a little. The rugs in the bathroom we had to remove they also had a smell. The AC vents need to be cleaned, we tired to clean them but the vacuum that was in the unit was half working, we had to clean the vacuum. The brush on the vacuum doesn't work at all. Overall if this place got a deep cleaning and made it more vacation friendly it would be perfect. Removing the baskets, adding more towel racks maybe in the bedrooms, just more vacation friendly, we put a lot of stuff in the closets. Must say you can't beat the location.

Very good condo

We had a little trouble finding the correct driveway the first few times we accessed it, especially since it was dark when we first arrived. Great general location with close beaches and activities close by. Thank you for the late checkout! Everything worked well, and having a washer/dryer was great and meant we did not have to pack as many clothes. They were putting in a new sauna while we were there near the pool, but did not get to use it. The king bed and pillows are a little on the soft side, but adequate. The upholstery on the couch is showing a little wear, so if you want perfection, this may not suit you. It is a very comfortable condo with most everything you need. I was not sure about paper goods, as one review mentioned to bring your own, but I had asked the owner before we went, and they said everything would be there, and it was. I did take a few extra things and left them to be used. Lots of beach things on the lanai, but no beach towels per se. You might want to bring or buy those. The 3rd floor is the good/bad news. Lots of steps if you are tired, but provides the ocean view above the tree tops, so I say it's worth it! It's quiet, no traffic noise- just the birds waking you in the morning. The magic sands disappeared for our stay as there was high surf that week, but that's just luck of the draw. It would be nice to have a TV channel listing as the guide feature on the tv did not work for us, but we weren't here to watch tv much. We would stay here again! The price is right for what you get here!

Loved the condo and the location

We stayed in the condo for 9 nights with our 12 year old son. The location is wonderful. It’s close to Magic Sands Beach which is probably one of the best beaches here. The condo was very clean, spacey, and we had everything we needed. The condo owners do take a very good care of the condo and guests.
