Un estudio de la planta baja con una cama doble, escritorio, TV y un bar con una mini-nevera y microondas. Ubicado cerca de la sala de fitness, la casa club y las piscinas principales; la unidad se encuentra en una de las mejores ubicaciones en Legacy Villas. El patio trasero se abre a un patio interior, tiene muebles de patio personalizados y un calentador de patio. No encontrarás un mejor valor en tu próximo viaje al desierto. El amplio baño tiene una ducha separada y una bañera y un tocador individual. Las piscinas comunitarias principales y el gimnasio están a pocos pasos de la unidad. Fuera de la calle se encuentra en frente de la unidad y el estacionamiento adicional se encuentra a lo largo Classic Drive. La unidad se puede combinar con LV108 para crear una unidad de 2 dormitorios con suites principales duales (sujeto a disponibilidad). El condominio tiene una puerta de cierre interior entre la unidad de 1 dormitorio y la unidad de estudio. Existe la expectativa de que los huéspedes minimicen el ruido alrededor de la puerta de 10 pm a 8 am.

Loved the accommodations and surrounding area. It's a beautiful spot--lush, well-appointed, great proximity to all the amenities. Had a wonderfully serene, splendid stay. Great workout room, pools, hot tubs, and was able to go next door for a tennis lesson and spa experience.

Nice and fun spot

Check in was a bit hairy due to water heater issue, however, property Mgt took care of us! Nice location. Will definitely come back!

Nice place to stay

Have stayed a number of times in the same neighborhood , the location is great and the grounds are kept very nice. Possibly they could enforce the Adults Only pool policy areas much stronger But I would recommend

Quiet and comfy

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this gated community .we found the lap pool to be excellent for am swims .only critique is that no freezer for ice and ice machine quite distant .Property was quiet and parking easy .

The only negative was the thermostat control. The coolest possible temp was 73-75. Way to warm for me at night.

I loved this here stay! Had most of the amenities that one would ask for! The neighborhood was pretty quite. I fell in love with the patio stay, had my coffee every morning. Way more to do than time permitted. Will most definitely be back sooner than later.

Great Experience

We really loved the complex and the room was very fair priced considering we were there on a busy weekend. We had a little trouble finding the correct unit once we were in the complex. Google Maps will not take you to the correct location.

Property and location were great! Only issue was parking. The first night of the festival we had to circle through for about 20 minutes to finally get a spot in the maintenance lot. Second night parked outside the main gate on a side street. We arrived on both night a little after 12. L

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always recharges our batteries. First time staying in this unit, the fireplace room had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Cannot beat the central location of the unit along with its cleanliness. Loved sleeping with the windows open catching the evening breeze. Looking forward to our next stay, whenever that may be.

The grounds are beautiful nice place to walk your dog. There are several nice pools open near by as well. The place had a great patio to sit on near the fountain and even had a personal heater. The villas are close to everything as wel. This so my second visit here and I will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our small studio was nicely furnished,clean and very safe. We did not have laundry facilities, and the closest laundromat was quite far away. Our studio came with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. There was no table to eat at. We ate out in the evenings, but had breakfast and lunch sitting on the bed! The covered patio was enjoyable, but it didn't have a table either. The grounds are beautiful, the pools sparkling and warm.Our service from California Vacation Villas was excellent.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving this nice review. The studios don't come with a kitchen and washer/dryer. We'll make a recommendation to the property owner to purchase a small table and a couple of chairs for the room or the patio.

This Rental Company Is Terrible

I booked a stay with this company and then extended I, one night into the extended period they evicted me claiming that I somehow had committed fraud, which is a totally baseless claim. They are refusing to refund the monies I paid them, and are forcing me to take legal action. I do not recommend using this company, California Vacation Villas, if you read some of the reviews on Yelp you will be even more convinced to not use them!! The property is very nice just do not book through California Vacation Villas!!

This guest has used many different identities and fraudulent credit cards while staying in several properties we manage. We were eventually able to identify him, and given his criminal history, asked for police help to escort him out of the property on September 21st. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who puts at risk safety of our guests, employees and properties we manage.
