Immerso nelle scogliere a picco sul mare, questo letto condominio due offre viste panoramiche sul Mar di Cortez. Situato a Misiones del Cabo, il resort offre una posizione eccezionale, viste drammatiche, nuoto sicuro su due spiagge e una vasta gamma di servizi per gli ospiti.

Dal momento del vostro arrivo vi sentirete differenza. Godetevi spettacolari albe e vista spettacolare, come vi piace il caffè del mattino sul balcone oversize (portare il binocolo). Il balcone ha sia una zona pranzo e una panca a dondolo per godersi il panorama.

Una grande camera da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare e le altre caratteristiche 2 letti e una vista sulle montagne. E ogni camera gode di un proprio bagno privato con doccia ristrutturato. Il soggiorno comprende una TV 25 pollici a colori, VCR, stereo, lettore CD e un sacco di spazio per un massimo di sei persone. C'è anche un materasso matrimoniale AeroBed che si adatta facilmente nel soggiorno per posti letto aggiuntivi. E sì, è possibile ascoltare i suoni del mare quando si dorme durante la notte.

Just OK, not a good time of year

I was hoping we found great accommodations at a good price, but really they were fair accommodations at a fair price.Pros: The view from the unit is great and the pool is wonderful. Andreas and Luis at the pool bar create the whole vibe. The food is good and well priced and the daily half-priced happy hour drinks from 4-5pm were a hit. We walked up the hill to Fresko's grocery store every morning and enjoyed the cafe there with great lattes, capuccinos and baked goods. Cons:Other than the resort grounds, Cabo San Lucas is not pretty. Its very dry and brown. And really it's just a kitsch-filled tourist trap. San Jose Del Cabo is a much more charming and interesting town. But it is a 30-40 min. drive, so if we ever come back, we would stay closer to SJDC.I don't recommend coming in Aug. It is the off season (so not everything is available) and it's extremely hot. There was no breeze, so we could never enjoy the balcony of the unit, which was a big selling point for me. I had hoped the resort was nice enough and located where we wouldn't need a car or have to worry about driving everywhere. But there is not much else right around there, so you either have to rent a car and brave the driving and parking (which can be stressful on vacation), or take Ubers everywhere which adds up. The taxi from the airport was more than double what the unit owners said it would be, over 100 when the information we got before arriving said a taxi would be about 50 and the shuttle is 17/ea

What a great week in Cabo!

We really enjoyed our time at Missiones del Cabo. Communication with Julie and Dave was clear, timely and helpful. The condo is clean and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean and the pool. We loved the pool! The swim-up bar is a great spot for food and drinks, and the staff are really friendly. There’s a good community around the pool if you want to get to know interesting people, but there’s also plenty of privacy if you want to be left alone. The beautiful beach is a short walk down the hill. We mostly stayed at the pool, but ventured out for some excellent dinners. Jazz on the Rocks is a 3 minute walk away, and we highly recommend a sunset meal there. We also LOVED spending Thursday evening in San Jose del Cabo for the art walk. There are several amazing restaurants in that area. We hope to return - and if we do, we’ll likely stay here again.

Great Mexican getaway

We had a great stay at Misiones. The condo is spacious with plenty of seating in the living room and comfortable couches. The kitchen has anything you may need to cook at home or just heat leftovers. The master bedroom has plenty of storage and a large bathroom. The second bedroom also is very nice with 2 queens and an en suite bathroom. The balcony is amazing with seating areas and a great view of the pool and the ocean. The pool is just a short walking distance. The food at pool bar was very good. We had several lunches and a dinner there. drinks all good and not super expensive.There is a convenience store in the parking lot that has some basic groceries, including wine and beer. There are various restaurants/bars within walking distance, including Sunset Mona Lisa, Jazz on the rocks, and the Rooftop at the Cape (all on the more expensive side and with a similar view from the condo we didn't end up going). We enjoyed a dinner cruise recommended to us by the bar tender at the pool. We even saw some whales! The private beach was a short walk down the hill but three flights of stairs. The water was crystal clear but you do need water shoes to walk into the water because of the rocks. The unit has beach chairs, an umbrella, and various beach toys. We didn't go to the beach much because the pool is just so convenient.Getting into town was easy with Ubers picking us up from the bottom of the driveway. Cost about 7 to 15 depending on the time of day.

Stay was great

Our stay was good. We had a water leak under the sink twice but the management team was really responsive and had someone out there both times. The bar by the pool was nice. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Our family wasn’t thrilled with Cabo, however, as the beaches are full of pebbles and the water was freezing. We should have researched more.

Great Condo in Cabo

Our first trip to Cabo. This place was outstanding: comfortable, well stocked, location, view, security, on site assistance, good hosts, amenities (pool, bar, grill), etc. We'll definitely be back!

Misiones was very Nice

Had a little resetvation about booking a ways out of main tourist area…. Those melted away once we got here. Owners had great comms. Security folks were very nice. Pool was a bonus, bar-tender very personable. Take this nugget of advice though. Rent a Car. Cabo is 5 minutes away…. You can drive a lot of places and feel pretty darn secure. Most everyone speaks both languages. The private beach is pretty small, but still minutes walk away from your room. I see people saying Freska grocery is “walkable”. Mmmmm, not something id care to walk to and lug groceries back. Take cab if no car.

Nice unit, great views, excellent balcony!!

My family of four (parents + 2 kids 11 and 12) enjoyed a week at Misiones Del Cabo. Julie and Dave were good with communication answer several questions I had prior to the trip. The unit was well equipped, furnishings ample, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. A large colander to strain pasta and a pizza pan were the only things we needed, but could not find. It was great to have in unit laundry as we did several loads and dried pool towels so they were at the ready when we swam again later in the day. The star of the unit had to be the balcony!! Large and comfortable with seating for eating, enjoying my morning coffee, or just reading my book. It was warm with the sunrise, but in the shade by noon. The view of the sea was never disappointing + I could peek at the pool to see if it was too crowded for us to head down. Finally, the restaurant/bar at the pool was very convenient. Unfortunately, they were not offering the Wednesday nor Friday buffet which I was anticipating. Food was good, but a little pricey. Still, it was an available option when we didn't want to go out. Tip - check out Sakow sushi across the highway (not far). It is small (7 seats) and sits above a little market in a converted storage container. All the dishes were very good and the owner, Pamela, is really amiable.

Amazing time!!

This trip was perfect! The condo was amazing!! The workers, Pool/pool bar, food, grounds, beach, etc.... was all we could of asked for. The only down fall was the parking but that is NOT related to my review, just a heads up because all the condos have the same problem.

Enjoyable Vacation Property

Dave and Julie’s condo made for a great holiday. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The condo had quick access to nearby Playa Bella. The pool is beautiful, it was a great place to start our day. The pool was a good spot to chat with both condo owners and other renters, all great people who speak highly of Misiones del Cabo. We’d return if ever in CSL again.

Incredible stay

We had a great time. The communication with the owners was excellent from day 1, they gave us great recommendations and were always very responsive! During our stay the property manager, security guards, and pool staff were all super helpful and friendly. I was able to use the gym at the hotel next door, and other than that the location was great, right next to convenient stores and restaurants, and a short drive to either town (Cabo and San Jose). Excellent location, nice people, good vibe, nice amenities ( they even provided beach chairs and toys) and all in all an amazing vacation. Thanks!!

Super sweet with a view

Quit. With a view. I loved the bed. I was so worn out by all that I was doing,That, come bed time, I was ready to sleep and I did. Great bed. The Tile floors were nice too, as was the walk in showers...not just one.... granite counters, tile backsplash lit under cabinets, Washer and dryer, ice cold water, breakfast on the balcony looking at lthe ocean. We loved it. PARKING IS AN ISSUE.

Family Vacay! Super relaxing & chill

Great vacation for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers). The condo was great for the four of us with 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for the kids, with their own bathroom...and then a king bed and bathroom in the master. It was spacious enough for the 4 of us for sure. The condo had everything you need to make your own meals or keep your beer cold. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, which we used lots. They also had snorkel equipment and sand toys there to use as well. The view from the condo was amazing. Looking out at the pool and ocean. The pool and pool bar were both great. Serving breakfast in the morning and lunch/dinner during the day. Food was great and resonably priced. Fresko, the closest grocery store, was a 15 min walk up the hill and across the freeway. You can totally walk there and then uber or taxi back (if you had a lot to carry). Please note...you will be playing frogger across the freeway. ;-) We used uber quite a bit to go into Cabo and San Jose. It was super convenient and easy to use. I'd highly recommend it. Overall, the Misiones complex and condo was great. I would have liked a little more around us within walking distance (like restaurants, coffee shop, stores)...but that's just a personal preference. It was a perfect relaxing getaway! Oh...we also rented a car and drove to La Paz! DO IT!! The beaches up there were incredible!!

Great property at wonderful location

Julie & Dave, We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was quiet and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The pool bar was a great place to grab an inexpensive meal and drinks and we enjoyed snorkeling on the private beach. The folks at the gate helped us locate a local driver who took us to a couple local beaches much cheaper than a taxi. Daniel helped us setup covid testing on-site and Andres at the pool bar found us some good deals on local adventures. Everybody is helpful and friendly, we look forward to coming back soon.

Girls Trip

Enjoyed our time in Cabo at this quiet location. The grounds people were great especially Daniel who works at the security gate. We visited the pool daily during our 8 day visit and enjoyed the drinks and food at the pool bar….though the guys at the pool bar could have been more friendly to us during our stay which is so unusual from past experiences in Mexico. If your looking for something different to do I highly recommend signing up for the cooking class with a private chef at their home in Cabo…Chef Madeline was awesome and her Mom helped with the prep and we felt so welcomed in their home….and the meal we prepared together was outstanding!!! After the cooking class they take you back to their restaurant for tequila tasting. Very enjoyable! The only glitch during our stay was a weird whirling nose coming from the walls in the guest bedroom which kept my friend up all night so I ended up switching rooms and putting in earplugs to drown out the sound…if your a light sleeper I would recommend sleeping in the master bedroom. Other than that the unit was very nice and had everything we needed.

Misiones is super chill

We enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean, beaches were close. Pools were great. Food at pool bar was delicious. Not crowded, great location. Close to Chileno Beach. That was my favorite. Watched sunrise and sunset from the beaches each day. Owners responded right away.

Amazing views & little beach

Loved this property! The pool & swim up bar was great to have. The little beach right by the condo was so nice & private! We will be back!

Our family loved our travel experiences to Mexico and we had some incredible vacations. We have fallen in love with Cabo. There was just something magical here. We agreed with the reviews that Cabo is the one of the best cities in Mexico for vacations because of its beauty and entertainment options. It's clean, safe, has great remote beaches, and wonderful dining optons.

Misiones del Cabo in the perfect Mexican location! Misiones is only about 3 miles from downtown Cabo (great restaurants & nightlife) and an awesome view of Land’s End. The resort had all the amenities we were looking for with access to two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar, and a gorgeous private beach with great snorkeling.

There are many great benefits to this location. We feel the beaches and the view in the morning from the balcony are two of the best features! The private beach is so close and yet you can feel secluded and relaxed listening to the waves crash on the shore. The balcony at sun rise is breathtaking with the view of the ocean. Sometimes we catch the whales off in the distance while drinking our morning cup of coffee and feel total at peace and reflect on our happiness and the upcoming day!
