Ubicado en West Gulf Drive, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, ciclovías y mucho más. ¡Este pequeño complejo solo ofrece 18 unidades, por lo que seguramente tendrá paz y serenidad durante su estadía!

Las comodidades del condominio incluyen: 2 dormitorios / 2 baños - 1 cama King y 2 camas individuales (para 4), 3 televisores y reproductor de DVD, WIFI y cable gratis, piscina climatizada y jacuzzi compartidos, lavadora y secadora en suite, totalmente cocina equipada, parrillas para barbacoa, estacionamiento asignado (2 vehículos máximo), no hay ascensores disponibles. Pine Cove at its best!

We have been coming to Pine Cove for many years and have stayed in this unit before. We love the location and really like the new updates since the hurricane to the condo. Highly recommend! Everything is perfect and makes for a magical vacation!

Location was good, but……..

Nice and close to beach. Kitchen was very pretty. Parking a large SUV in the assigned parking spot was painful! If someone had parked in the spot next to us there would be no way to park a large SUV. The stairs (3 flights) are steep and narrow (no elevator) The master bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Finally it may be knit picking, but having to wash the beach towels before we left frankly frightens me. How do I know the previous renters cleaned them? The last thing I want to worry about when getting a family out the door by 10:00 am is washing several large beach towels in a tiny washer and dryer. We have stayed on Sanibel and captiva for 15 plus years…never had to wash the beach towels before we left.

The condo is up to date and very comfortable. Great views, new deck furniture this year. Kitchen is furnished nicely. When we walk in we just breathe and feel at home.

Condo was, in every way, perfect! Great location, responsive maintenance staff, and had everything a family of 3 could want. We were close to restaurants and shopping, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The view of the ocean completed the perfect vacation paradise!

A perfect week

The condo is great. Cold air conditioning, comfy bed, great view from the balcony. I dont think you can get a better, more relaxing vacation. We will be returning. 5 stars

Florida Paradise

My fiancé and I brought my parents to Sanibel for their 37th wedding anniversary and we had an absolutely amazing trip! The condo was absolutely beautiful, super clean, and had an amazing view! The kitchen was gorgeous and we loved the master bathroom! The beds were also super comfortable and in the master you can wake up and see the ocean right outside the sliding door! It was a very short walk to the beach and we also loved the pool and hot tub! The location of the condo is very close to all the restaurants and shops as well! We normally go to Destin as a family but wanted to try something different and Sanibel did NOT disappoint! We had an amazing trip and if we ever come back this condo will be our top choice!

Lovely condo..GRWAT view!!

SBV did an excellent job… property was well appointed and accommodations were very pleasant! Only problem was no elevator so my 88 year old mom had a difficult time getting up and down from the third floor… I didn’t book the location.. another family member did and she didn’t realize there was no elevator. Other than that.. the condo is updated and relaxing!!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and view were terrific. We especially loved how close we were to the beach which was great with 2 little kids. As for the unit itself, the kitchen was really nice, updated, and fully stocked with anything you need for cooking. The bathrooms are older and need some TLC. In the kids bedroom one of the beds seem to be really sunk in the middle and probably needs replaced. The bedroom carpets are also pretty old and probably need to be cleaned or replaced. Master bed was very uncomfortable. The unit overall was okay and we were able to make it work for the week. View was exceptional but even the patio furniture could stand to be updated. We dis have a good trip Overall just a bit disappointed with the unit.

Beautiful views

Rental was great, as listed. Great for a girls trip, although two full size or a queen bed would have been nice in the second bedroom. Views were incredible. Plenty of furnishings, bedding, and towels were provided. Nice location. Getting there was easy and communication with Rental company was clear and easy. Would recommend!

Closer to beach than expected

What a perfectly lovely condo so close to the beach. This was a lazy vacation for us and we spend lots of time out on our patio reading and just enjoying the beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen! Comfy beds. Thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was absolutely perfect. It's on Tarpon Bay Beach, which was calm, warm, full of shells, and not crowded. And it is a short bike ride to the grocery store. This location alone makes this unit very special. The balcony of this unit does not look at the pool with screaming kids, but instead at tropical landscaping which opens onto the beach. Another giant plus in my book since all I see is the natural beauty of the gulf!I loved dealing with Sanibel Vacations - they took care of us like we were their only customers. We rented bikes which were delivered to the unit and they helped us with a couple of issues along the way very efficiently.The unit itself:Pros:-The kitchen looked fresh with newer appliances and a very clean feel. -The balcony was the place we all wanted to be: great sunlight and views!- The master bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed.Cons:- 2 flights of stairs, and the treads were so narrow, I fell once!- The floor tiles (though clean) are old/grimy and require replacement.- The bathrooms are super dated, and really require a remodel. Our master bath shower did not drain after our first shower (and I mean, it did not drain even hours later!), so Sanibel Vacations got someone over with Drano, and they got housekeeping over to clean the shower post-Drano. Then the hall bath tub/shower faucet wouldn't turn off while at the same time, the tub drain was draining super slowly! I know these rental units have to get cleaned up quickly between guests and people don't notice the maintenance, but yikes, this was stressful! It was early on Saturday morning and I called Sanibel Vacations' emergency line since the tub was about the overflow and flood the whole bathroom!! They told me how to shut off the water to the unit, and they came out to fix.- The sofa was tired, with stains on cushions.- We needed 6 dining chairs, and there are only 4.All that sa
