Le luxe vous attend avec une unité récemment mise à jour, des appareils améliorés, des téléviseurs à écran plat et des vues de presque partout dans le condo! Niché sur West Gulf Drive, vous êtes idéalement situé à proximité des magasins, des restaurants, des pistes cyclables et plus encore! Ce petit complexe ne propose que 18 unités, vous êtes donc assuré d'avoir paix et sérénité tout au long de votre séjour!

Les aménagements du condo incluent: 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain - 1 lit King size et 2 lits jumeaux (4 personnes), 3 télévisions et lecteur DVD, connexion WIFI gratuite et câble, piscine chauffée partagée et bain à remous jacuzzi, laveuse et sécheuse dans la suite, entièrement cuisine équipée, barbecue, parking assigné (2 véhicules maximum), pas d'ascenseur disponible. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Draps et serviettes de bain inclus. Cette unité est fournie avec des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage et un parapluie.

Pine Cove at its best!

We have been coming to Pine Cove for many years and have stayed in this unit before. We love the location and really like the new updates since the hurricane to the condo. Highly recommend! Everything is perfect and makes for a magical vacation!

Great condo and location

This was our 2nd stay in this particular unit. So cute and comfortable! The location is always perfect for us bc we do a lot of bike riding to eat, grocery, exercise, etc. The pool was way too warm to really enjoy. Nice and quiet complex!

Lovely condo..GRWAT view!!

SBV did an excellent job… property was well appointed and accommodations were very pleasant! Only problem was no elevator so my 88 year old mom had a difficult time getting up and down from the third floor… I didn’t book the location.. another family member did and she didn’t realize there was no elevator. Other than that.. the condo is updated and relaxing!!

NIce stay! Great location!

Traveled with husband and grown daughter. Property was nice; excellent location and loved being so close to the beach/ocean. Loved sitting on the screened porch and looking at the ocean! First time visiting Sanibel Island and loved it. This location was close and within easy biking distance to restaurants, coffee shops etc. We booked our bike rental thru the property which was easy and convenient all done online and were delivered to our location. The property itself looks like some of it has been updated and some of it not. The carpet is definitely worn in the bedrooms and needs to be replaced. The living room furniture was nice quality, however, the kitchen table was dated and needed to be updated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate. Plenty of towels with beach towels provided. We biked to Bowman's Beach and thought the beach was a little nicer. Would highly recommend Sweet Melissa's for dinner it was excellent!

Great Unit

Hard to beat the unit. We found it comfortable and it had pretty much everything you would need to make your vacation enjoyable. I couple of nits to pick on the property amenities, the hot tub was not so hot, lukewarm really. The same could be said for the grills. I was pleased to see they were Weber grills and bought a couple of steaks to grill. I gave up after 5 minutes and took them in and pan fried them, with the attendant smoke and grease, but, with the ocean breeze, it clears out quickly :-). Like all the other condos we've stayed at on Sanibel, the stair treads are so shallow that descending is awkward and particularly demands your attention. I'm sure they met code at the time of build, but leave something to be desired..

Location was good, but……..

Nice and close to beach. Kitchen was very pretty. Parking a large SUV in the assigned parking spot was painful! If someone had parked in the spot next to us there would be no way to park a large SUV. The stairs (3 flights) are steep and narrow (no elevator) The master bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Finally it may be knit picking, but having to wash the beach towels before we left frankly frightens me. How do I know the previous renters cleaned them? The last thing I want to worry about when getting a family out the door by 10:00 am is washing several large beach towels in a tiny washer and dryer. We have stayed on Sanibel and captiva for 15 plus years…never had to wash the beach towels before we left.

We do note in the listing there is no elevator access in that specific Pine Cove building, but we are sorry that was not recognized by you. Beach towels would take our housekeeping staff far too long to clean and dry and put away between renters so that's why we always ask the renters to do so. This may help ease your concern about the cleanliness of beach towels, we charge renters if they fail to clean and put away the beach towels from their stay. We are very sorry again for the inconveniences you experienced but we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Came To Our Rescue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: By chance I met the owner of Sanibel Vacations at our original condo as he was delivering a replacement bike we also rented from him. The unit we originally booked through another company was a complete disaster with major construction, a unit that was not prepared for our stay, multiple maintenance issues and ant infestation. The owner of Sanibel Vacations indicated he could help us out and after leaving the unit the next morning, we were put in one of Sanibel Vacations units, were handed the keys and completed the rental agreement the next day at out leisure. The owner was extremely caring about our situation and made us feel right at home. They definitely have new customer and I will recommend them to everyone who will need accommodations in the future. Thank you so much!!!

My fiancé and I brought my parents to Sanibel for their 37th wedding anniversary and we had an absolutely amazing trip! The condo was absolutely beautiful, super clean, and had an amazing view! The kitchen was gorgeous and we loved the master bathroom! The beds were also super comfortable and in the master you can wake up and see the ocean right outside the sliding door! It was a very short walk to the beach and we also loved the pool and hot tub! The location of the condo is very close to all the restaurants and shops as well! We normally go to Destin as a family but wanted to try something different and Sanibel did NOT disappoint! We had an amazing trip and if we ever come back this condo will be our top choice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
