2 storey beach house with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably. Separate living areas, bathroom and toilet on each floor.
Polished floorboards in all living areas and breathtaking views of the bay and Melbourne city skyline from first floor balcony.
Quality air conditioning and heating for all year comfort. Fully equipped laundry and kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher.
Large TV and DVD in both living areas. BBQ and outdoor furniture to provide the finest mix of indoor and outdoor accommodation.
Additional fridge and kitchenette in downstairs living area. Ideal for the larger family or families to share.
Secure off street parking for both cars and boat, and plenty of back yard room for summer fun.
BYO linen (doonas, pillows and additional blankets provided).
No smoking and no pets.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. So much space and beautiful views. The kids loved the space downstairs and a backyard to play in. So close to the beach. I recommend this property and would stay there again.

Portarlington Family Reunion

We all travelled from WA to our family reunion at my brother’s place in Portarlington. Location was ideal because sometimes we walked bayside to enjoy the surrounds. Our food prep was easy with the well equipped kitchen. The place was spacious and welcoming and it was easy to come and go. Thanks Joanne for a fantastic stay.

This house was a wonderful large house with great yard and plenty of parking. Comfy beds and easy walk to beach. The house is aging, but had everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen. The hosts were kind and responsive. We would definately come back again. Nice spacious 2 story home- great location (1 street back from the beach) great relaxing areas and beaut bbq plus heaps of kitchen gear to cook up a storm. Not far from local port Arlington shops-take away s - bakery- woolies supermarket.

The house is great! Plenty of space for children and adults. 2 living rooms were a big bonus since the weather was unfortunately quite wet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. You can see the water from the back balcony and it’s Just a really short walk to the beach! We had a great time and highly recommend!

Perfect location

This beautiful quaint beach home was the perfect place to host our first family great away. It comfortably allowed the 10 of us to create memories and share laughter. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the two kitchen areas work very well for the two families with little children. The backyard was spacious with green grass to play on and secured by a large wooden gate. The beach is only a three minute walk and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Joanne communicated on several occasions to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend this beach house.

The blankets and pillows have urine stains and blood stains on them.. the kitchen utensils were not clean and we had to wash everything we used

Great location close to the sea!

Indented Head Beach House provided all the facilities we needed and was clean and tidy. Lovely views of the sea from the rear balcony! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back in the future!
