However, we sincerely apologize if you were not pleased with the condition of our property. We take your feedback very seriously and have addressed these concerns with both our maintenance and housekeeping staff. Prior to guests’ arrival, each unit is cleaned and thoroughly inspected. Despite our best efforts, it appears that the broken drawers were missed during our pre-check inspection. We are so sorry. Our maintenance team has been notified and is promptly addressing this issue. We would also like to apologize about the blinds. They were broken prior to your stay and were on back order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The owner of this unit replaced all kitchen-wear and added additional cookware in May, however, we understand that some guests may need a few extras! The owner has been notified. Lastly, we sincerely apologize that you were unable to utilize the workout room; it had been temporarily closed by the HOA due to a covid concern. We are happy to report that the unit has been deep cleaned and the common areas have undergone renovations, including a brand-new luxury pool area! We hope you accept our sincerest apologies and consider returning for an improved vacation experience!

Thank you for your review. The property indeed has locks on the interior doors! The door knobs are the kind that you push and turn to engage the lock. Sure wish you had contacted us with your concern about the locks! In addition, the tires have been changed on the golf cart. So all is good! Hope to see you again at the beach.
