3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1700 square foot house, sleeps 8 to 10 people. Located just 4 miles from New Glarus, 10 miles from Monroe and 45 minutes from Madison. Sugar River Bike Trail is less than a 1/2 mile from our front door. Wifi, central air, brand new appliances, 2 sofa sleepers in living room. Nestled in a wooded location for privacy, yet not too far from shopping with the Monroe historic district and the Swiss village of New Glarus nearby.

The host was super great an massaged me early with all the information I needed. They even offered dining recommendations. The house slept 10 and we had ample towels and toilet paper. The house is super cute! The only downside, the driveway is a little steep up to the house, so we were glad it didn't snow. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Great house in southern Wisconsin

The house was great, plenty of room great outdoor patio and fire pit area. Had all the supplies we need to enjoy our stay. Close to several small towns that were fun to visit and not a far drive to Madison either. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sharon and I live in Monticello, WI with our family on a dairy farm. We have four children, enjoy being outside, like to ride our Harley, take an occasional vacation and work hard! We enjoy meeting new people and are looking forward to seeing many new faces at our cozy rental. :) Sharon responds to most of the inquiries and does work full-time, so please be patient if the response is delayed. Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it was close to our farm and we saw potential as a vacation rental. It used to belong to a friend of the family and is literally just down the road.

What makes this property unique

We have beautiful views of the valley below us. One of the nicest features of the house is the balcony off the master suite. So nice to have the patio door open in the evening and feel the cool breeze as you sleep. Huge back yard for lots of entertaining and lawn games. Fire pit is a nice addition for summertime fun!
