About this space
A beautiful second floor Penthouse that offers an excellent view of the historic court house and square. Our location gives you walking distance to all places on the square including the 2nd oldest brewery in the country, boutiques, hair and nail salons, home decor , antique shops, clothing and apparel, specialty treats, restaurants and bars.

We have free parking and also a private elevator for any handicap needs..

The space
A spacious bedroom with balcony and walk in closet. Master bathroom with full walk in shower and seat bench.

Guest access
The Penthouse offers your own personal elevator to allow you access to the second floor if needed.

Other things to note
Monroe is home to Cheese Days, concerts on the square, cars on the square and also brewery tours.

The penthouse was beautifully appointed. It looked even better in person than in the photos. It felt like a luxury hotel in the middle of a small town. Check in was seamless. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful penthouse. Great location right on the square with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Owner provided every amenity to make our visit enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

Perfect getaway

In town for girls getaway. This was our second stay at this location. Everything about the stay was perfect will definitely be back! Myron and Jane are great hosts. 10/10!!

Wonderful place!

The penthouse is a great place on the square. Beautiful place. Everything you need they have covered. This is our second time and we will be back. The egg chairs are awesome. Very close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

M&J's penthouse was just as advertised, and may be even more spacious than I thought based on the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed.

25th wedding anniversary

This place was amazing! So beautiful, clean, and perfect. We will definitely be staying there again. Everything is just a short walk, food, shopping, and cocktails. Park was easy & free. Everyone was very welcoming.

Gem on the square!!

Cutest rental, decorated beautifully. It’s a very calming, comfortable rental. Spent one. Ight for a girls getaway and had everything we needed. The owner has done this right!!

Amazing Gem!

Loved the property and the Downtown Square. Have been to Monroe many times but staying on the square was amazing. Photos and descriptions do not do this place justice. Great place and great hosts!

Great Experience
