A friend and I met for a long weekend. The property was great, the weather was amazing, and the host was quick with communicating. Would definitely stay again!

The beds and bedding were comfy. The bathroom vanities, kitchen appliances, and tub space appear updated and in proper working order. There was a beautiful butterfly garden right down the steps! The pickleball courts were in great condition! The host communicated right away when we shared concerns. The condo needs quite a bit of updating. There were lots of chipped paint, staining on the walls and baseboards, and dust/dirt on the panels and corners. There was a significant musty smell as soon as we entered. The smell improved but it remained. The patio had carpet that stayed wet and mossy all week. The doors stuck pretty significantly. Young teens couldn’t close their bathroom door and the master bath popped so loudly that we didn’t dare close it overnight for fear of waking our family. The sliding door and main door both had gapping. The patio door wouldn’t lock without putting a stick in. The beach was lovely and the pool was nice and big.

Hi Andrea, Thanks for the feedback. As we discussed when you called, it had rained during the week prior to your check in. Therefore the balcony was goIng to be very wet. As for the chipped paint, this is wear and tear from multiple guests during the high season. We usually refresh during the winter months in order for painting to not interfere with our guest’s stay. Lastly we do include in our Welcome Letter details that the doors will stick when it is humid (which Hilton Head is much of the time). We hope this didn‘t prevent you and your family from having a good time.

Everything was great about the condo. The towels were nice and not cheap hotel towels. The beds were comfy. The condo was a quick walk to the beach. Communication was quick and the owners were very nice and helpful answering all our questions. Definitely recommend.

Great spring break stay!

The condo worked perfect for me and four kids age 10 to 14. The tennis courts, basketball courts were a great addition to the easy beach access!

HHI slice of paradise

Villa looked just like pictures. Clean, smelled good, everything worked in room, easy check in, room faced the pond, and we cant wait to come back!!Owners got right back to me as soon as I messaged. Easy to work with and very nice!

Great property, great location

This was a prefect beach condo! An easy 5-minute walk to the beach, beach chairs and sand toys provided, a great landing spot for a quick vacation! Owners were easy to work with. We would definitely go back!

Great Stay

Our family of four had a great stay! Everything was just as listed on online listing. It was wonderful having the beach gear. Matthew was super easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.
