This beautiful, bright, second floor unit condo located in the luxurious Ritz Pointe community in Dana Point, California is the perfect getaway. The condo is for vacation rental only (Permit #STR24-0004). The condo is a 15 - 20 minute walk, or 5 minutes drive, to the beautiful beaches of Dana Point, such as Monarch Beach and Salt Creek Beach. The walk to the beach is by the beautiful Monarch Beach resort golf course. Enjoy the waves, feel the sand between your toes, and breathe in the ocean air as you stay in our newly renovated condo where we have provided what you need for a great vacation.

Inside the condo you will find two large bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, and one with direct access to a large and beautiful balcony. Our patio furniture allows for relaxation, a meal, or a glass of wine out in the sun. Two large, full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and plenty of towels, shampoo and body wash for your stay.

In the master bedroom stands a king-size bed, two nightstands, a TV, and a desk, while the second bedroom is comprised of two twin-size beds (which we can easily convert into another king-size bed, should you prefer), as well as two nightstands and a dresser for extra storage. The living room is equipped with comfy furniture to lounge in and catch up on your favorite television shows or movies, as we provide internet, a HD flat-screen TV, a TV streaming device, a DVD, and a selection of DVD's, board games, and books for you to enjoy.

Enjoy the view of the pool and spa from our large balcony or from our windows. There is 1 pool and 3 spas at Ritz Pointe, all of which you have full access to as a guest in our condo, in addition to use of a gym located just steps away from the pool.

All appliances, kitchen supplies, linens/towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and boogie boards are provided for your stay. The condo is also equipped with air-conditioning and heating for your comfort.

Enjoy yourself in solace as Ritz Pointe is a 24/7 guard-gated community. As a guest in our condo you will have 1 reserved, covered parking spot, and there is open parking throughout the community for additional vehicles. No mail box available.

Second summer in Dana Point

This is our second year in Dana Point and second year at this complex. We loved this unit. It was beyond clean, looking over the pool with bikes, boogie boards, everything you need for the beach. We will be back! They just re did the gym as well in the complex.

Great location

When I opened front door it was exactly as pictured on website. Condo was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Th only disappointment was the weather which was cool and rainy. The sunny days we did have ,we took advantage of and used the pool. A heated pool and hot tub right out the door was a great location

Fabulous condo in great location

Great condo, with plenty of space for family of four. Very clean and well equipped, comfortable beds, nice to have beach towels provided. Location was quiet and very secure and accessing property on arrival was easy. Host was very helpful and sent lots of information in advance. Dana Point is a great area. We walked to Salt Creek beach - about 20 mins downhill across golf course and cycle trail. Doheny beach also a great beach nearby with easy parking (paid), cafe, toilets, showers, surf board rentals etc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Fabulous condo and great location.

This place exceeded my expectations. Everything looks new, tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable, bright like home from home. Has everything you need beach towels, beach chairs, beach equipment, ice bags, shopping bags, washing powder etc etc. The walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes and it's a beautiful walk. Great way to start the day. It's close to the swimming pool and gym. Not far from supermarkets or Dana Point. I hope to go back soon.

LOVELY CONDO IN GREAT LOCATION

This is a well-located cozy condo convenient to anything you want to explore in Dana Point or anywhere in Orange County. The walking path to the beach is a big bonus. The unit has basic household items to get you started, some beach gear and a couple of bicycles I didn't use.

A Great Find in Dana Point, CA

This condo is very well kept and includes all the little touches that make a long-term stay quite nice. The location is ideal to do anything from taking a walk or run to the beach to exploring all the fun in southern California!

OC vacation

Perfect property for my family of four. It was clean, comfortable and very well located. We traveled to LA, San Diego, Huntington Beach and Anaheim during our vacation and this property was right in the middle of it all. We also enjoyed local visits to Baby Beach, Salt Creek Beach and the Marina. The accommodations were perfect. As mentioned in previous posts, it is apparent that Jack and Louise take great pride in the ownership of this condo.

Beautiful condo

Check in was easy. The owners gave us all the info before we arrived. They were very communicative. Everything was well maintained and very clean. The condo was as promised. It was beautiful and well stocked with supplies . Lots of towels, beach gear, kitchen supplies, toiletries, and snacks. It is right across from the pool which was great for my kids. We would love to stay here again.

Great spot with everything you need!

My husband and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday this year for a week. I've stayed in different condos in Ritz Point twice and this was my favorite. It was very clean and well equipped! Many places have the bare minimum and Jack and Louise have great attention to detail with their space (things like: reusable grocery bags, a handful of beach towels, board games, books and movies) We spent most of our time out and about in Laguna and Dana point, enjoying hikes, eating out and exploring. There are several great morning outdoor yoga groups in the area. It was nice to come back every evening to a cozy, quite spot. As a light and sensitive sleeper, I was grateful for a quite spot during the holidays and a COMFORTABLE BED! We went in the hot tub every afternoon (barely any traffic at the pool most days) and loved that they had two bikes available. We biked and walked to the beach several times. Jack and Louise were great at communicating ahead of time and responded promptly with a couple questions we had via email. We are looking forward to coming back again next time we need a break from the Minnesota winters! Thanks for sharing your beautiful space :)

Beautiful, bright and immaculate.

This condo is indeed beautiful and bright and also immaculate. Very well maintained, very clean and in a great location. The owner, Jack, was quick to respond to any question I had. I just hope this place is available the next time I am looking for a condo in this area.

Simply Stunning!!

This is a wonderful condo with amenities galore. The condo is beautifully decorated with plenty of space and light. It was quiet and the reserved parking space is definitely a plus. My only regret is that I wish our family could've stayed longer!!

Perfectly located condo

We spent one week here for spring break with our 16-year-old son. My husband, a swimmer, swam laps in the pool each morning (The pool is not huge but it worked for him). I am a walker and walked the trail down to the beach almost every day. We loved Dana Point, but also were pleasantly surprised that we were located midway between LA and San Diego. Our son, a baseball player and huge MLB fan, saw three baseball games -- one in San Diego and two in LA. We visited towns and beaches north and south of Dana Point and even drove to Nixon Library for my U.S. history buff husband. The condo was bright, clean and perfect for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the condo was bigger than we expected. The washer/dryer also was a big plus and allowed us to pack just carry-on luggage for the trip. If we return with our daughter (whose college spring break this year did not align with our son's), we will definitely stay here again.

Tasteful, well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful unit - we made a good choice and will be back next year! There were so many thoughtful details, it was a pleasure. You are in good hands with Jack and Louise. You have covered parking near the unit, grocery stores within a short drive, a beautiful walk through the golf course to the beach or a short drive. Dana Point is special and this rental is special.

REALLY NICE CONDO

Comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated condo. Stayed here for the second time this year. As it was the first time, condo was in tip-top shape. Jack and Louise are great host. The short walk to the beach is a scenic trail that boarders the St. Regis Resort property. If you like to hike, there are outstanding trails near by. So many things to do and not enough time. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

My cousin and I have been visiting Dana Point for over 10 years, and this is the best place we have stayed. This unit is updated and decorated in a colorful beach style. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. Most importantly, the unit is CLEAN. You can tell the owners take pride in offering this exceptional condo. We liked the owners request to leave your outside shoes at the front door. We both do this at home. Location is a quiet gated community about a 30 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive. There are numerous beautiful walking trails. If you stay at this condo, please treat it with kindness. We love this place and plan to come back. We had a really great vacation!!! Family holiday in California

We stayed in this lovely apartment in the period 10-16.april 2017! We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children who had the great pleasure of your stay in the apartment which has most facilities and is located in the very beautiful area Ritz Pointe. Dialogue with Jack and Louise have been brilliant (both before and during our stay) and we experienced those very service-minded and that they were keen to make our stay a great experience, something they certainly did! A walk through the golf course to the beach and along the beach to be experienced! What a great area! A stay in this stunning apartment is highly recommended. The Jewel in the Crown

We were fortunate enough to stay here for a month over January/February. A spacious condo which was exceptionally clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. A real home from home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is within walking distance of the local beaches and shops. Yogurt Land is a must for desserts! We drove to Arizona using Route 66 to see the Grand Canyon and also visited San Diego Zoo, The Aquarium of the Pacific and The Living Desert amongst many other places. There are several local trails which are great if you enjoy walking. The owners, Jack and Louise, were extremely helpful both prior to and after making our booking and also whilst we were there. The Ritz Pointe resort is excellent with a great pool and several spas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Beautiful condo, attentive owners, stunning location

We stayed at this beautiful condo for Christmas 2016. The apartment is so comfortable & well appointed that we had difficulty getting our daughters away from it! It is very well furnished with comfy beds & sofas, laundry & cooking facilities. Jack & Louise responded to all our queries immediately & sent recommendations for things to do whilst there. The location is so convenient for the lovely harbour where we took a whale watching boat trip, watched surfers on the big Californian beach, drove to Hollywood for the day & visited Santa Monica pier for great shopping. There are also lots of restaurants & shops around. We will definitely be back for more!
