We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The home itself has a lot of charm. It’s an older, vintage house with updated kitchen and bathrooms, but it still keeps that cozy, character-filled feel. The beds were very comfortable, and the location is a big plus since it’s close to many of the main attractions in Savannah. That said, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The living room furniture is very worn out and honestly some of the most uncomfortable seating we’ve experienced in a rental. I noticed other reviews mentioned this too, and it doesn’t seem like it’s been addressed. We also had trouble with the TVs. The living room TV didn’t work, the remote batteries were badly corroded, and it looked like that had been an issue for a while. We reported it to the host, but nothing was fixed during our stay, and there was no follow-up. The TV in the master bedroom was also hit or miss and kept losing internet connection. The outdoor furniture was dirty and not usable without cleaning it first, very disappointed not to be able to use outdoor space. There was also graffiti on the inside of the back patio fence. The neighborhood seems like it’s improving, but it still feels close to less desirable areas, so it’s worth looking into ahead of time.Parking was another challenge. The listing includes onsite parking under the amenities, but in reality it is only street parking on a first come, first served basis. During our stay there
