About this property

Villa @ Spring is located a short 100 meters from Spring Beach. It has spectacular uninterrupted views over Spring Beach and Maria Island. Villa @ Spring has 2 bedrooms and is fully equipped. It is an hours drive from Hobart . It is set on a large block amongst landscaped gardens, and natural bush. It is extremely peaceful and tranquil.
It is a short drive to Orford and is a wonderful place to settle in or use as a base to explore all the beautiful East Coast.

Villa@ Spring is fully self contained and very well equipped for short or extended stays. It is light and airy with all day sun. It is fully equipped for children with a high chair, port a cot, toys books DVDs and games are all provided.

It has two bedrooms and sleeps 6. The main bedroom has a queen bed and beautiful views of the water. The second bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds. A portacot is available at no extra charge.

A cosy wood heater ensure warm nights over winter. It also has a flat screen TV, WIFI Netflix, Stan etc and a DVD, player. There is a full size tennis court available for guest use.

Location

Spring Beach is located on the East coast of Tasmania. It is the one of the first beaches heading up the east coast with the turquoise water and white sands so often seen in images of Wineglass Bay. It is an easy 1 hour drive from the Hobart CBD or 45 minutes from Hobart airport, and 5 minutes from the Orford Cafes and shops.

Lovely stay

Excellent communication with the manager Sarah- friendly, helpful and warm. The location was perfect, close to the beach. The sound of the booming waves was constant and so relaxing. The wood fire in the evenings was immense! Heated the house with no problems at all. Fantastic stay- we would love to return.

Fantastic location

I spent my childhood summer holidays hanging out at Spring Beach so was really glad we were able to get this place over Easter. Location is perfect - directly opposite the beach with views out over the water and over to Maria Island from the deck. House is a good size - we had two couples and two young children in our group, and the yard is large and flat enough to have the kids running riot, park the cars, store all the toys (big kids and small kids). Its a short walk down the hill to the beach and a 5 minute drive into Orford for supplies Place isn't 5 star luxury, but its clean, comfortable and pleasant, which is more than enough for a relaxing stay Sarah our host was super helpful with a late check out on our final day due to some issues we had, which was really appreciated. Thanks Sarah!

Suited our needs

This ticked all the boxes for a quiet get away for us and our 18 month old son with all the safety aspects you need for a chld plus plenty of toys yet a comfy couch for us to relax on by the fire. Excellent cooking equipment and facilities made our stay that bit more comfortable. Clean and tidy. Great location and lovely views.

Perfect!

Why they chose this property

Spring Beach is a truely magical spot. This villa sits on a spacious and private block amongst the trees and the birds yet looks directly over Maria Island and Spring Beach. You can do as much or as little as you like once you arrive. Walking the cliff tops, having a game of tennis on the full size court or just resting back on the deck watching and listening to the waves roll in.

What makes this property unique

This villa is located on spacious and flat block amongst the trees. It is immaculate and very well equipped. It has a fire for those cool nights and also captures all day sun. It's unique private location and the incredible outlook along with being very close to Orford and Hobart make this an ideal place to stay for a weekend or a month!
