Beautiful, spacious, and fun villa close to everything! Big bang for your buck!

We stayed here for a week and it was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Slept great!! A couple small issues at check in, but the management and owner went out of their way to take care of everything asap. 100% would stay here again. The kids loved it too!

We stayed here for a week. Super clean, and very comfy. Slept great! Small issue at check in but the manager and owner went out of their way to solve our problem fast! 100% would stay here again!! The kids loved it too!!

Winter get away

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is located next to canal with views of wildlife area. It was fairly easy getting to the attractions in Orlando. Plenty of food options and local grocery stores. We played several different golf courses and visited Epcot and Universal Studios. The weather was perfect!!!

Neat little place to stay!

We enjoyed our time at this rental house. Check in and check out was a breeze and no major problems while we were there. The house was clean. The pool was a great addition! I enjoyed watching all the wildlife around the pond (and the little gator 😀). I would definitely rent here again in the future.

Beautiful Home for a Relaxing Getaway

We loved the home and location. It was bigger than we anticipated and had a beautiful view out back to help us relax. It was clean and had a great homey feeling to come home to after a day of activities. It also was so nice to spend a day just relaxing in the pool as well. Thank you for helping make this a relaxing vacation.

Florida vacation

The house was perfect for our group. The open concept made gatherings comfortable and cozy. The outdoor space accommodated all of us nicely. Very nice property.

Excellent in all ways, more than we expected and would definitely recommend the villa.

Everything we required it had. The evolve contacts were very efficient and acted fast to sort any issues we had. We are definitely looking at returning in the future. Truly loved it!!!

Great place and location

This place was great, clean and well kept. Be aware the garbage disposal didnt work, no soap was provided for handwashing or large dishes. and no extra garbage bags. Pots and pans were sub par but they did the job.

Spacious Property

A family of 4 adults stayed for 9 nights. The property is well situated for Disney and also other attractions. Close by a number of restaurants. The property is stocked well with kitchen items, but they leave only 1 dishwasher tablet & no washing up liquid or cloth to wipe down. You also need to buy extra loo rolls & bin liners. Overall it was a nice house and would stay again. Dan the managing agent was excellent and would highly recommend them as very quick to respond and also sent on an item I’d left behind.

A place to relax

Our family stayed here during our recent Disney vacation. This home was a nice place to relax and the pool (we paid to have it heated) was therapeutic for the sore and tired muscles!!While this comment isn’t a criticism of the home- just be mindful: All bedrooms are upstairs and it is a very steep set of stairs. If you have little ones traveling, I would highly encourage a baby gate! The home is very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The neighborhood is gated and a beautiful community. Also, the house is on a lake! We enjoyed looking at the wildlife (gators and large turtles) each morning.I will say- if you’re here longer than a couple of days, you will want to bring extra linens and supplies. We only had one towel per person and no washcloth (in the primary bathroom). There were some beach towels that could be used for the pool. I know the house can sleep 8, but there were barely enough supplies for my family of 4 (two adults, two teenagers).Beds are comfy- so you will sleep good!

Nice for families close to attractions!

We thought this house was great! We stayed 4 nights . Very easy to find , Apple Maps took us right to it . Communication with property manager was top notch. The welcome gift of wine , water and snacks was a special touch! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids . The children were ecstatic to all have their own rooms , beds and plenty of bathrooms . **NOTE** all bedrooms are upstairs which wasn’t a problem for us. The outside was clean as well as the inside was VERY clean. There were plenty of towels, soaps for tubs, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing soap , dishwasher tabs , bathtub… everything ! We brought extras but just about didn’t need to. Kids loved the gameroom, esp my teens . They liked going out and watching tv while playing pool or air hockey. The pool was great. We did not pay to warm it and it was not too cold at all. The sun hit it just right to warm it and to tan. We enjoyed the pool floaties and toys that the house provided . The neighborhood is very quiet even though the houses are very close together. We never heard anyone when we were there . There are lots of eating places and grocery stores right by the house which was very convenient ! We drove to Disney one morning and it took 25 minutes , a very easy drive !! This was great !!! Universal was 40 minutes which wasn’t bad ! Another easy drive ! The house was stocked with lots of games for families and 2 refrigerators ( one in garage ) . We couldn’t ask for more! GREAT stay!

Comfortable Stay

The home is just as advertised. Check-in was very smooth and home was extremely clean. The pool and outdoor setting was nice and relaxing. Property management was kick to reply to any concerns which was also nice. A few things to note: - there was no dish soap or extra trash bags - the pool heater is only on 8am - 8pm; so if you’re there in cool weather like we were the pool is chilly in the morning. - make sure to supervise kids if they play in the grassy area. We did see an alligator from the pool enclosure in the grass, but this is to be expected near the water in Florida. For us it was a cool experience.

Great location

We had an amazing time at this house! It was clean, and ready for our family of 5 to all have space and a home away from home! Be prepared to buy toilet paper, napkins etc. We purchased washcloths and hangers and left them there. We would absolutely go back to this house! It was so close to everything...Disney, groceries, shopping, restaurants and more!

A Decent Short Stay

Strengths: Amazingly smooth and easy check in; hosts very responsive to concerns about pool and addressed same day; strong wifi; quiet and well kept neighborhood; heated pool; quality mattresses (but super firm); nice fridge Needs Improvement: carpets are old and need updating; kitchen utensils are worn out/pans warped; cracks & crevices:floorboards need cleaning; no trash can in master bath; lots of spiders inside and outside especially in pool area which needs some remodeling. If you want a basic stay, this is the place for you. If you want a special, more luxurious experience, this may not the place for you.
