Very nice getaway.

The cabin was as advertised small but cozy we stayed three nights we had rain most of the time but you cant control the weather I am sure the property is a lot nicer when everything is green and in bloom lots of stuff to do in Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

Excellent couple's cabin with a nice view of the Pigeon Forge strip. Very quiet and good roads.

Bed - very firm and stiff. If you are a fan of Tempurpedic mattresses as we are then bring a mattress topper like we did. Hot Tub - lid is falling apart and very cumbersome to remove and reapply. Check the water when you first arrive. With the cover leaving parts of the tub open the water evaporates. Wifi - check the wifi if this is an amenity you're looking for. The internet was down during our stay.

Needs a little work

Take the box spring and mattress and throw it away. Bed was SO uncomfortable. Sloped to one side and no give at all. Bed in a box you're out $750. Will last forever. Place smelled like smoke the minute we walked in the door. I have bad allergies to smoke and it was definitely heavily smoked in. Not sure if from previous guest or over time. Need to use an ozinating machine and clear out the air ducts. Couch was uncomfortable. No pillows or cushions to lean against. Put a small table on the back porch. People have nowhere to put their coffee/beverages down except the floor. The cleaning crew is doing the minimum. Just walking up to the washer you can see piles of stuff on the sides. Lint, etc. On the cable box in the master it doesn't look like it was ever dusted. We love the location of the cabin and the view was lovely. Just needs a little TLC and you would have got 5 stars.

Nice Cabin, Nice View, Terrible service

I loved this cabin upon arrival. The view is great. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the hot tub each morning. There was a minor issue of about 50 dead ladybugs in the bathroom. I call the following morning and was told that housekeeping would stop by and clean them. They did not. Once I started preparing my dinner I noticed that, even though the cabin sleeps 4 and the table was set for 4, there were only 2 forks. Additionally, the tableware tray in the drawer had some crums or something else. I waited to call after 9 am the next morning. That is when I was told the propertysense.net staff were in. By this time, my 2nd morning, there were about 150 dead ladybugs. The gentleman who answered told me that he cannot do anything because ladybugs are protected by Tennessee law and he cannot kill them. I was astounded! He seemed annoyed about the folk issue and the dirty tray. When I returned back to the cabin the ladybugs were gone. There was a stack of picnic-style forks on the table. The tableware tray was still dirty. I was not initially upset by was I consider a minor issue. However, the way in which things were handled, i.e no call back the first time, and the poor excuse the second time, and the tableware tray not being cleaned, has caused me to not rebook this cabin in the future. By the way, I travel to this area each year, on business. I generally stay 5-7 days. This was the 16th cabin rental in 16 years. I do have a basis for comparison.

Great cabin hot tub perfect after those walking and hiking days.

Everything needed for a comfortable quiet stay near the strip. Would recommend and stay again. Property manager available immediately if needed. Was a wonderful stay.

Exceeded Expectations

We were very happy with our stay at this cabin. It was our first time in the area and everything about this cabin exceeded our expectations. Great location: close to Pigeon Forge while still providing a great private, mountain view and feel. Very easy to access, had all the essentials one would need to prepare food, and was very clean. Great views of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood firework show! Can't say enough how great our experience was and how accurate the online listing was. Also, WIFI, cable, and hot tub worked perfectly for us the whole week we were there. We are already thinking about planning another trip and staying in this cabin again!

Our Favorite Cabin

This cabin is by far, our favorite place to stay, in Pigeon Forge. The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, it is always clean and well kept. We will definitely be back. 5 stars all the way.

Clean and easy to get to.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Have stayed in many cabins in the area and this one was really nice. Private and an easy drive (maybe 5 min) to downtown PF. Very clean and everything was in working condition. Will be staying here again!

Loved the property!!

My husband and I visit the smokies frequently but this little cabin will be on our list of revisits!! The cabin was exactly what it was listed as…. Clean, easy to find and in a nice quiet area!!! Can’t wait to return!!!

Just as described…..

The cabin was very clean and just enough space for myself, MIL, husband and child. The outdoor hot tub was nice and the roads leading to the cabin were paved and not too steep.

Poor customer service!

The day we arrived the fireplace did not work. I called and was told the gfi didn’t work sometimes. I tried to reset it several times. I was told I would receive a call from someone. I never got a call. The next day, I called again. I was told the fireplace worked before we arrived. I replied it’s not working now. I was told by the customer service guy that there was nothing more he could do! Terrible service. I will let all of my friends not to deal with your company. Your people were no help at all!

Perfect Getaway

We rented the cabin to take a much needed vacation and celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was spacious with all amenities noted in the posting. The neighborhood was peaceful and only a few miles to the Parkway. Would stay again.

No quiet hours

Quiet hours were very difficult for a couple of nights. We had Very Loud neighbors. The property looks better online than it actually is.

Perfect little cabin for 2

Cabin was very clean, just as advertised, drive up to it wasn't too bad, it was just a short drive to pigeon forge strip. Loved being able to sit in the hot tub on the private deck & watch the fireworks from Dollywood. The views from the deck were beautiful! The only thing I would say, is to bring your own blankets, we didn't & what they had wasn't real warm, but the place really was great. I would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back again.

The cabin on top of Mountain

My grandchildren were not happy at all that the pool was not open, I feel we were overcharge for the stay of 1390.00 I could have stayed down the road and had a pool for a lot less than what we paid ! the hot tub was nasty had hair floating in it! I did love the view on the deck! oh and mold and moss on the outside of the hot tub! maybe a grill would have been nice the one at the back door A big no! So would I stay again there probably No!

Loved it!

Great location, close to everything but away from everything and quiet at the same time. Cabin was spotless, with the exception of a few tiny worms occasionally found in the bathroom floor. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Smokey Mountain Retreat

The place we stayed at was awesome! Great location, close to town and a beautiful view. Was very quiet and relaxing. The house is very cute and romantic for a couples getaway. We definitely will go back!

Cabin on the mountain

This cabin had a great view of the mountains. Not far off of the strip but far enough to have peace & quiet. We had amazing views of the sunrise from our deck. Cabin was clean and was a good size for 2 people. We used the hot tub a few times per day. We would recommend booking this cabin

Peaceful Get-away

This was the perfect get away for me and my two teenage sons. We absolutely love the mountains and I would have to say the view was amazing. There were other cabins but not too close. This was also the cleanest cabin I have ever rented! I'm picky also as I own my own cleaning business. Thank for the wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Nightly Fireworks & Perfect Couples Place

The cabin worked out exactly as we had hoped for. New Years eve, hot tub and awesome fireworks from Dollywood each evening. Plus a special fireworks display New Years eve. A perfect 2-person get away. The hot tub / deck had ultimate privacy and you could look out across the valley towards the main-drag in Pigeon Forge. Also very surprised that the open fireplace was gas, not cheap old electric as in so many other cabins we've stayed in. The only negatives I have about the place were having only 3 forks and also there are no tables or dinning table/chairs on the back deck, just 2 rocking chairs thus no place to even put a cup of coffee. Would also recommend towel/bathrobe hooks next to the hot tub to make it easier on guests. But overall, I'd still recommend this place for a couple and will definitely keep it on my list for future visits.
