Respect and quiet for our close neighbours at all times. Noise travels easily in the outside areas Thus courtyards are not used to entertain :-)

No additional Guests or Visitors at the property at any time . No groups under 25 years or 'singles groups' for one night stays.

Please don't use outdoor areas after 9pm Closing doors adjoining the outdoors will stop noise from travelling. Makes for a great stay for everyone :-)

Great location

The location is great, near Circular Quay, the Opera House, and public transportation. Sam was a great host, and very helpful. As far as the apartment, the living area was a little crowded. It would seat more than 4 but would be a little crowded. The one issue for us seniors was that all 3 bedrooms were on the 2nd floor which had 2 landings. So it was easier to leave our luggage downstairs which made it a little more crowded. Also, there are 5 steps then 2 steps to get into the apartment. But all in all, the location was the best.

Great apartment, slow aircon

Upscale apartment in high end area. Loved Port Douglas. Clean, good views, as advertised. Only two small issues - A/C was slow to cool the unit but over time worked well, unit sits at the crest of a sloping hill so walking into town requires a steep walk back.

Nice Location in The Rocks

Nice Location in The Rocks and close to the cruise terminal. Sam was very helpful with info after we checked in. We ate at the Palisades Hotel on outside patio. Good beers and baramundi fish & chips plus lots of people watching. HopOnHopOff bus stop down the hill at the Circular Quay. About a 20 minute walk to the Opera House. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the port area. Really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Location

Just loved the walkability of this reasonably priced spot. So near to many historic places, cafes and bars. The spot was clean and comfortable and Sam was very helpful. If I didn’t live so far away I would visit again.

Perfect spot to stay!

This was the perfect location to stay. Easy walking distance to Barangaroo Reserve, Sydney Harbour Bridge and cruise pier. Samantha met us at checkin and gave us some history about the building as well as tips and info for the area.
