Pinecroftは美しいポートエリオットの歴史的な海辺の村のすべての観光スポットを利用するために位置しています。 静かな通りに建つこの家は、古いものと新しいものが美しく調和しています。 広々とした4つのベッドルームは、1920年代初めのバンガローを占有しています。 新しいリアエクステンションには、オープンプランのリビング/ダイニング、独立したキッチン、食器洗い機と電子レンジが備わっています。 主なリビングエリアには快適な革製のラウンジスイートと大型フラットスクリーンテレビ、DVD / Blu-Rayプレーヤー、R / Cエアコンが備わっています。 プレイステーション、DVD、フラットスクリーンテレビ、ステレオサウンドシステム、ソファベッド付きの2つ目のリビングエリアもあります。 新しい新しい第2のバスルーム/ランドリーには、シャワー、トイレ、洗濯機/乾燥機があります。 屋外にはバーベキューと屋外の雰囲気が広々としたベランダの下にある静かで確立された庭園内にあります。 1つのガレージがあり、駐車場はありません。すべてのリネンが用意されています。 1つまたは2つの家族、または友人に来て訪問するのに最適な場所です。

Pinecroftではリラックスしてくつろげることができます。 すべてが簡単に手に入ります。 美しいホースシュー湾へ200m歩くか、もう少し伸びて、岩が多い岬の周りを緑の湾とブーマービーチまで散歩してみましょう。 自転車を持って、人気のEncounter Bikewayに沿ってGoolwaまたはVictor Harbourに向かいます。 村の中心部を散策すると、レストラン、コーヒーショップ、有名なPort Elliotベーカリー、歴史あるStreamranger Heritage Railwayがあります。 町の中心部には、古典的なものから高級なものまで、古き良き書店やブティックのファッションのハイライトなどがあります。

Easter in a beautiful property

The property is in a perfect location, near the beach, main street and the bakery is at the end of the road. The house is larger than the photos make it to be and the place is spotless. The garden was perfect for hiding the Easter eggs and the outdoor area perfect for barbecue lunches/ dinners.

Central location.

Wonderful spacious house for our family break at beautiful Port Elliot. Being so close to the beach and main high street made it so easy to get about with young children.Quiet location- so a good nights sleep.Would love to stay again sometime.Thank you Chris.

Wonderful stay

Our third time staying at Pinecroft with my elderly parents and it’s one of our favourite places to stay. Chris is a wonderful host and all aspects of the house are exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous house and perfect for a family stay in picturesque Port Elliot

It’s hard to know which wonderful aspect to start with, but it’s all praise for Chris’s place in Port Elliot. Great communication, easy self check-in, spotlessly clean throughout and probably the best equipped of many self-catering houses we have ever stayed in. The house is ideally situated in beautiful Port Elliot, just a short walk to the beach, coastal walks and shops and eateries. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the amenity of two bathrooms was ideal for our mixed family stay. The house has off street parking, including an under cover garage, gorgeous cottage style garden and both outdoor and indoor games for the kids. Cannot recommend Chris’s place highly enough, we just hope it’s available when we next want to stay 😊

Better than it looks online.

This is an excellent property that is much better than it looks online. Especially the size-as it is much more spacious than we expected and the back courtyard and garden area was superb. I only rated it 4 stars for accuracy online because it is actually better than it looks. Position was ideal , metres to Horseshoe Bay and The Strand. Communication from owner was terrific. Would go back easily.

Lovely property close to the beach

Lovely property within easy walking distance of the beach. There is plenty of living space & all the amenities you need - particularly in the kitchen. Hosts are friendly, helpful and easily contactable. We enjoyed the beautiful, well-kept cottage gardens. Thanks for having us - will visit again!

Our stay at Pinecroft was amazing …beautiful comfortable house very close to all the key places at Port Elliot ….Hotel Elliot, the Strand and the beach. We really enjoyed our weekend and will be back for another stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property and will definitely come back to stay again. Ticks all the boxes and can't beat the location. Chris was very accommodating and great to deal with too!

Beautiful

This is a truly beautiful house and extremely well equipped with very close proximity to the magnificent Horseshoe Bay and very close to the amazing Port Elliot Bakery. Not the owners fault , but we stayed in the master bedroom ( which is gorgeous) and had the window open slightly and every morning between 6.30 am and 7 am, the dog next door woke me up with his loud barking. Still woke us up when the window was shut. This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location and Chris was excellent with all communication .

Lovely house in a great location.

The house was large, comfortable and well-equipped. The garden was beautiful and attracted the birds. We could walk to nearby shops and cafes and out for an evening meal. The station for the Cockle Train was also within walking-distance. Port Elliot is also a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. There was more than enough to see and do during our week there. We loved it!

Beautiful home and perfect location

Chris was great to deal with. The house is perfectly situated between the Cockle train station and horseshoe Bay, and only a short walk to cafes. The house is neat, modern and easy to live in. We look forward to staying again!

Port Elliot stay

A very nice old single storey house with roomy new extension containing kitchen and living area, centrally located in Port Elliot (between main road and beach). We have stayed there several times and always enjoyed it. A very good selection of books on the book shelf too
