Short Stroll to the Beach

Now with fast NBN50 internet connection with WiFi with Netflix (reasonable use policy applies).

House features:
- 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. 3 queen beds, and 2 double bunk beds.
- Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning
- Two bathrooms, one with bath, continuous instant gas hot water

- Fully functioning kitchen with gas cooktop.

To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide for an additional fee.

We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors.

OPTIONAL LINEN FEES:
- Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay.
- Single bed sheets, 1 pillowcase, one towel and hand towel - $15 per stay.

The house is designed for your privacy and comfort with bedrooms in each corner of the house. Sleep the kids on one side of the house with the parents on the other.

Ideally located in an quiet street. Just a short drive to the main strips of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. 2 minute walk to Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club which has an amazing swimming and surf beach.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Learn to surf just meters from your stay or take the bike path to Port Elliot, Middleton, Goolwa or Victor Harbor.

Come home to a relaxing barbecue and put your feet up admiring the hills or the beach.

Pets can be negotiated. We are willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours.

Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

Spent a few days in this holiday house and had a wonderful time! Ben was a great host and very responsive with all queries. The house was very, comfortable, very clean with full amenities. The location is great, and the Chiton Restaurant is very nice and a 2-minute walk away.Will definitely return!

Very easy to book and Ben was very accommodating of our needs. The property is very spacious and the location in Chiton is very convenient to both Victor Harbor & Pt Elliott. There is a great wetlands walk which you can access “under” Pt Elliott road nearby.

Overall very good. Lovely big open space living area. We enjoyed the stay because it was pet-friendly and our dogs enjoyed it too. Very secure back yard and lovely lawn area for the dogs to run around. Would be ideal for a family to stay as there are 4 bedrooms and one with 2 bunk beds.

My two sisters, close friend and I all stayed for two nights and could not fault this place. We absolutely loved the home, the area and our stay! The check in process was super easy, the house was very neat and cosy and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The property had a great layout- very toddler and dog friendly. Short walk to the beach, bikeway and Chiton Rocks SLSC. Loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Fabulous place to accommodate a family getaway close to everything including a nice stroll to the beach having 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds and the bunks for kids was wonderful as we are not little people Being fully closed in the backyard was excellent for the children to play
