Enjoyed it

There was a lot of natural sunlight throughout so sleeping you won’t be able to but other than that we loved it

Property was very nice, only thing does not have an air conditioner in living area only in the room we had to leave room open to cool the living room.

Cute space, nice & neat kitchen. Only thing I would recommend is having a better water heater because when you take a bath is either very hot water or very cold water.

Loved our post covid honeymoon in this location!!!

My husband and I married during covid with masks and never had our honeymoon. due to pandemic. When we arrived and opened the door we were SUPER HAPPY with the apartment as it was clean and beautifully decorated in modern art deco. It was airconditioned with amenities and the balcony was a major plus :) Hey! hot water was instant every day all the time for showering which after returning from the beach was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and welcomed us after each day of excursions to the beach, toro verde, humacao, lajas, cayey, nabocoa, and many more places we had the awesome opportunity to visit. we definitely highly recommend this location. I want to give a happy shout out to Grace and Jose who provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in responding promptly during the booking process and throughout. Thank you from my husband and I

A Diamond in an Up and Coming Neighborhood

Grace was a great host to communicate with. The place is clean, small, modern, and comfy with great decor. Neighborhood looks a little rough at first, but it was quite and I had no issues. Most definitely would stay here again!

The outside has been updated to reflect the modern interior. It was just as beautiful as the inside. The inside was gorgeous and the host/property manager was very kind and easy to communicate with.

One night stay

We were charged $40 just to drop off luggage before check in time… something that was not stated to us until afterwards… even though I communicated the exact time I was arriving and even though we were not at the property until after housecleaning was finished and check in time had passed. I stayed less than a day but when trying to communicate w host I didn’t hear back from anyone about this matter in over 15 hours, still haven’t. The apartment is small, newer and modern, and will meet basic needs. It is big enough for two people Max and would be good for only a short stay. It is close to airport and does have multiple locked doors so I did felt safe. I stayed here because I had a early morning flight. The lack of communication and consideration on dropping my bag off early really threw me off. Especially after traveling so far and long already. Other than that it’s great for an overnight. Just be prepared to not drop your things off early bc you will be charged.
