Amazing Stay in Rye

Our stay in Rye was absolutely perfect. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation. The highlight, however, was the outdoor area. The pool and spa were incredible. The space was thoughtfully set up and perfect for entertaining. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Great house for a family

Pool, garden, hot tub all great. Kitchen well stocked with items for cooking. For some very odd reason, only one bin bag was provided, which given the price paid was just a bit ridiculous. It was Christmas - but still definitely overpriced.

Family Holiday

Lovely property, very well set up and amazingly clean. There were 10 of us, but we never felt crowded as there were separate zones for everyone to enjoy. The flat back yard was great for the kids to play cricket and run around, and the spa was a big hit with them! Jo was very prompt replying to any questions I had before and after our stay. Thank you!

Luxury accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and as described. Located in a quiet estate the generous proportions of the property made it a perfect location to relax and unwind. Kids made great use of the trampoline and cubby hut. Adults made good use of the soa sbd table tennis. Great stay. Would book again.

Lovely stay

Our stay was lovely. The hosts were easily contactable when we had an issue with the front door sticking (fixed fairly easily). We had 7 adults and an infant staying - there was heaps of room. The layout of the house is fantastic for privacy and socialising. There was some rubbish on the shelves in the wardrobe and the floors were a little dirty upon arrival. Otherwise a lovely stay in a quiet location

Family Reunion

Great for all the family. Accessible and comfortable for all ages: from the safe trampoline, great spa, spacious well equipped kitchen for food preparation and dining, eating and play areas. Lots of birds as the block backs on to bushland.Thanks we had a holiday to remember.

Like being at a resort

My friends and I loved our stay at this beautiful house. The pool and spa area is beautiful as well as the large outdoor area with ample seating for everyone. The kitchen is huge with everything you need plus more and the house in general is super spacious. I recon all 8 of us could have been doing something different and not been in each others way at all as it has so much space. Beds are comfy and the bedrooms have ample space. Loved it and looking forward to another weekend away there in the future.

Amazing stay

Had an amazing week stay, home had everything to feel like a home. Plenty of space for the kids to play out back and Pool and spa area was so relaxing. Would highly recommend this for a large group.

Host ruined our stay

I brought family and friends to stay at this house. We had a dishonest reports about our conduct, we spent 2 nights in the house and the host expected us to clean this multi-bedroom house immaculately by 10am. We had a cleaning 'fine' and were treated awfully. The BBQ was so dirty when we arrived it caught fire when we started it. We left a few dishes and beer cans that were missed in the clean up, however, we cleaned the house up and down, and the only damage was a small chip from a bedside table which we would have been happy to cover even though, none of our guests can confirm they did the damage. The communication was insulting, disrespectful, we were called liars, and it left a shadow on a great weekend. While I would recommend a stay in the area, don't stress yourself out with these hosts as they won't provide linen, they clearly do not clean the house as they expect it handed back to the cleanliness suitable for the arrival of new guests. I'm not allowed to add a link here, but I can provide the photos that were submitted: This included beds not being made, a few pans left uncleaned, and a 'stain' on the driveway which was aftershave and should have been easily washed away. Cleaning materials were limited, 1 dishwasher, and a 10am checkout time which is very early for a house of this size to be cleaned to a professional level as demanded. There are other options available in Sorrento

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful two nights! Thank you so much. The house was so clean and the kitchen had every utensil we needed! So spacious and the trampoline, swings and cubby was an amazing extra for the kids. The pool was amazing! Amazing property and would highly recommend.

We are a group of 9 ladies that have our annual girls weekend away. This house was everything and more. Stunning space. We had no complaints at all. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back. Thankyou
