Great family friendly house in a convenient location

We had a great stay at Rye. The house is in a really convenient location, walking distance (with children) to the beach and local shops. The house itself had everything we needed and when we needed to stay in, a trampoline and basketball area to keep kids entertained.

Lovely house in a great location.

We loved the house and my teen son loved the backyard with the basketball area and trampoline. Close to the beach and shops within Rye and a great launch pad for other areas of the peninsula. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Rye beach house

Great location close to shops and the pier.The property was clean and tidy and had enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped and the backyard had plenty of space. Awesome trip.

Perfect getaway

Great comfy place

Really enjoyed our stay. House was very cosy & comfortable with the gas fireplace. Very well equipped house that makes your stay very pleasant. Our dog really enjoyed it too. The two living areas/tvs was great especially for teenagers. Would definitely book again. Great walking distance to everything.

Xmas 2023

House is in a great central location, the beach is a few minutes walk from the property. We had a great stay over Christmas, and enjoyed visiting the surrounding towns such as Sorrento and Portsea. I would recommend the property as a great place to stay when visiting the peninsula.

Lovely property with everything you need to be comfortable.

It was a lovely property that had everything you could possibly need. The kids loved the outdoor trampoline and basketball ring. The heated floor in the main bathroom was a nice bonus! Great place for dogs with a very secure yard. The host was very responsive to queries and was very accommodating. A great place to stay and was only a short walk to main street and the beach. We had a lovely few days exploring the area!

We loved our stay! We had a couple of things I needed to contact the owner about and they were very prompt with their replies and resolving the questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. A lovely getaway

A beautifully renovated house in an ideal location (walking distance to beach/shops and short drive to supermarket).We enjoyed watching and hearing the neighbourhood kookaburras out on the front lines and the space out the back was perfect for the kids to enjoy.The gas log fire was super cosy and we enjoyed our nights sitting relaxing. Very roomy and fit us all perfectly.Toys, Books and outdoor sports games were a great hit with out kids, so helpful to have! All in all sich a fantastic holiday, Thankyou so much!! (The kids are already requesting to return!)note to add. Wasn't sure how to lock the door from the inside, so something other than sliding lock would have been good for stopping the kids opening the door.

Choose your own adventure in Rye

Thanks so much for providing such wonderful accommodation for our Monarch's Birthday, annual holiday. This was our first holiday with the latest editions to our families, our dogs. The home provided a secure environment for them, which we were grateful for. The kids loved using the basketball ring and trampoline. The separate space indoors allows us to connect our Nintendo for hours of fun in the evenings. The house is so well appointed. We appreciated the generosity of kitchen and bathroom facilities. You have thought of all the little things like, pantry staples and personal hygiene products in the bathrooms. The property is conveniently located just minutes from the shops and waterfront,making it easy to leave the car behind. Whether it was relaxing by the fireplace or going for a stroll with the pooches the options were endless. We look forward to staying again as this property met all of our needs.
