Beautiful architecture is the first thing you will notice as the huge entryway invites you into your very own private villa. Your vacation holiday will be perfect with your very own private pool and lanai. The open floor plan is great for entertaining family and friends and the kitchen is fully equipped so staying in for dinner is a fun experience for all of your guests. The master bedroom is very large and open with a huge walk in shower. It also has a large double vanity. Additionally there are 2 more bedrooms each with trundle beds. These make it very easy to accommodate extra children. The den also provides an extra single bed if needed for more guests. This Villa has a very welcoming modern style and is even more stunning in person. This location puts you and your guests in the middle of everything you'd expect in paradise. There are many of the worlds best beaches within 30 min! As well as restaurants and fine dining. Whether you are looking for a get-a-way with someone special, or a holiday that is enjoyable for the whole family, this brand new Villa will definitely not disappoint.

Wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. Communication with the owner was easy, and they were very responsive. We would definitely recommend.

Great house to stay in! Very clean. It had all the things you could possibly want. Lots of towels (that felt clean/did not smell, like a lot of rentals) There were some toys for the kids in the pool. The pool is heated, but never got that warm. My kids didn’t mind it, but it was a little chilly for me. This was the end of December though. There is a great park a few minutes down the road. A Publix and all the other stores you could want a mile away. They had bikes to ride which was a nice extra perk. All in all we had a great trip and were very happy with our stay!!!

A Paradise Experience

Greg and I were extremely happy with our stay in this well appointed home. It was even more comfortable than our usual stays in Florida. Appliances and a great bbq added to our experience-top quality amenities, with a well stocked kitchen. The pool remained very comfortable throughout the warm and sunny two weeks we spent here. Shopping was nearby and restaurants outstanding. We will hopefully return to this beautiful home in our future visits to Florida!

Stayed for a week.

Property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. Enjoyed the stay. Only problem was the televisions were smart tv’s that only had streaming. Too complicated to operate.

Great escape from winter in SW Cape Coral

The property is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The general location is great. Perfect area for morning walks and biking in and around SW Cape Coral. It is also close to the harbor, shops, restaurants, etc. All good. Direct neighbor is really awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

Florida Relaxation

For the most part very good, pool was excellent! Suggestions to make this a premiere listing:Beds in guest rooms were terrible… only one of the trundles had a decent mattress. The other 3 beds had thin, noisy cheap mattresses. Awful. Nothing in small bedrooms to put a suitcase on. Need a small stand. There were no instructions or suggestions left on where to go or do. Property mgrs should be able to reprint if copy is gone. Need additional towel hooks in bathrooms as one towel bar is not enough. We made do and had a great time!!

All Good in Cape Coral

Newer property that is as advertised. Large sliding doors open to spacious pool and lanai area. Pelican is the quieter part of Cape Coral with easy access to retail and restaurants.

Impression

A few things the property stated would be provided were not provided or is need of improvement. We were not pleased that during our stay we were not offered the code to the front door or garage door opener even though the welcome package indicated as such. Followed up with property management and was informed the owner made the decision of not providing the access code and garage door opener. The property needs some attention to the outside. The outside garage door, front door and the lanai are in a need of a good broom or dust wand to knock down all of the spider webs, dead bugs and grass clippings. The sidewalk leading to the front door is in need of a good power washing. We found full trash cans that were not put out for trash collection. Towels had to be rewashed due to they were put away not completely dried thus they were sour smelling. The bathroom floors were sticky thus requiring to be cleaned again. The master shower smelled of mildew thus requiring to be cleaned prior to use. The shower light was burned out and was reported. As well as other issues of broken items. Cleaned all the bedrooms and found an eyeglass holder, glasses, crayon marker, empty snack bags and empty drink pouches under one of the trundle bed. Used our iRobot vacuum and the amount of dirt and dust picked up throughout the house made us wonder was the house really cleaned before we arrived. I used the bucket in the closet to wipe down the door handles and doors and found a very dirty bucket and mop. I cleaned the bucket prior to using. I would really think about hiring a better cleaning service. The overall job was very poor. Truly disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Last item to mention the owners need to have the carpets cleaned. The amount of spillage and spots on the carpet in all three bedrooms is very sad. If I was the owner, I would replace the carpet with tile or LVT planks.

Excellent Home

This house is great; southern exposure in Cape Coral’s best quadrant. The best restaurants this city has to offer are right around the corner. A roomy, comfortable house. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice Home

This is a nice, new home and was very clean. The location is in a very desirable location within Cape Coral. Please note, the pool is not heated, very big disappointment for people trying to get away from the cold north.
