Vacation in this very rare find- a beautiful, modern waterfront home with long water views! Southern facing lanai, so the pool is always in the sun and the lanai catches both sunrise and sunset colors. The living room has sliding doors that open widely for an indoor-outdoor experience with breathtaking views all the way down the canal.
Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan and can comfortably sleep just one couple or a group of 8. The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed, and private bath with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. On the other side of the home are 3 guest bedrooms, (two of the bedrooms have their own TVs) and another bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom /guest suite /office has a sofa sleeper and a private bathroom with a shower. The guest suite is the perfect place for a remote office, complete with desk.
This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

We stayed at this home for a week with my husband and two other couples, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was very clean, spacious, and absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view that we never got tired of.The pool was perfect even though the week we stayed was a little chilly, we still really enjoyed it. The kayaks were a huge highlight and so much fun to take out. The beds were comfortable, which made it easy to relax and truly enjoy our time there.Any time we had a question or a small issue, the hosts were just a phone call away. For example, a shower handle was broke, they came right away to fix it, which we really appreciated. Their responsiveness made a big difference.The location was ideal, the space was beautiful, and overall it was a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for my husband, dog and me for our 2week stay in southwest FL. Our 3 adult children joined us for 5days over the Thanksgiving holidays. Comfortable, great amenities and location.Highly recommend

Beautiful home!!

We have been renting all over Florida looking for the right house to enjoy our vacation to Florida twice a year & we definitely found it in this beautiful house! Everything about it was perfect, location, cleanliness, the view, pool is amazing, & also the best neighbours & of course Ranger, their dog. We kayaked down the canal a few times during sunset.We absolutely loved the neighbourhood & can’t wait to return in the fall.

Amazing Vacation

Great Getaway!

Spent a wonderful week in this rental home. As it's located at the end of a canal it felt very serene and private. We had the opportunity to meet the neighbours on either side and they were lovely. The home was very well set up for a rental in terms of amenities - dishwear, cookwear, entertainment, outdoor equipment pool area and canal patio. We would highly recomment this rental home to anyone who is looking for a stress free Florida getaway!

Awesome Place

We had a wonderful visit, I'm from the area but only go back to visit with a family. No one has a house large enough to hold us all comfortably, this home was perfect. We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday and had the whole family over for Thanksgiving dinner (14 people total). There was plenty of room for everyone. My family and I enjoyed Trooper the dog coming over for visits and I even had a wonderful connection with the neighbors (Art and Virginia, Troopers parents). Virginia even baked us a pecan pie for Thanksgiving dessert. It truly felt like we are at home. The neighborhood is very peaceful and everyone is extremely welcoming. My family and I enjoyed the pool, the surround sound, the Jenga game on the patio, the kayaks, and we had Captain Bruce take us for a ride on his boat, we saw dolphins and lots of birds and enjoyed the scenery and a beautiful sunset on the water. We enjoyed this trip so much we plan to come back in the spring to the same house. I cannot recommend it enough, we loved it! Can't wait for our next trip. Thank you so much, The Olsson's Dacula GA

Much needed vacation

The rental home was beautiful! We spent a lot of time in the pool. We loved having the neighbor's dog, Trooper visit us every day! The home had everything you could need. It was an amazing home to stay in for a MUCH needed vacation! It definitely met our expectations!!

Nice Home!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of space and updated amenities. Location was excellent, allowing for quick access off the island. Technology and cameras were more than you typically see but we worked through that. We would definitely look at booking again when in the area.

Roomy house

The house was very roomy, plenty of space and had everything needed for a vacation. Plenty of dishes, cooking items, and liked the fact trash bags, basic cleaning supplies were plenty. Loved the kayaks and bikes included. I do understand the frustration with the "smart house" some complained about. I have a system similar, but could never get the outside speakers to work, not a deal breaker, but for someone unfamiliar, they would be hard pressed to even turn the tv on to watch. The house needs some updating if electric consumption is going to be measured. More insulation, new windows and doors with screens so the house can be opened. The privacy screens on the lanai actually block what wind was blowing making it nearly 5-10 degrees warmer than outside the cage or down by the canal. The pool is left on 84 degrees? That's like a hot tub..lol.......turned it down to 79 to save electric and to actually cool off. Overall, the house is good, with several nice restaurants nearby. Don't let the technology part scare you away. The wifi did go off and on numerous times and I'm sure that is why the ipad would not connect up properly, so we just used the switches on the walls once we figured out the thermostat, etc.

Excellent, but not perfect

Went back and forth over what rating I'd give this location, but decided in the end to go with a 5, though I did very much consider a 4. The location was excellent and the neighbors were great. Being right at the end of the canal proved to be great. Both because we didn't have people cruising by in their boats and being at the end the wildlife came to us. Had dolphins visit the first morning and tarpon a few days later. For the bad, the unit owner luvs high tech and while most things were easy to figure out, the tv and surround sound system were super complex and figuring it all out was a bit of a headache. Garage door remote rarely worked. Pretty sure the batteries were OK as the blue light on the remote lit up each time the button was pressed. The worst and prime reason I almost down rated the place. The ac controls do not hold the temp settings. Plus the default temp is 75, not terrible, but that just turns on the duct fan. Not sure what the AC on setting was as it often got to the upper 70's in the house. Plus if we set it to 72 it would hold till 11:30pm and there was no way until after 11:30 to set an overnight temp and when once after 11:30 it would hold that till 6:30am. Woke up many times sweating. Did call the maintanance guy, who was super friendly. Even offered to come out and show us how to work the TV, but we had figured it out by then, but there was nothing he could do for the AC. It's controled by an app on the owner's phone and he lives in Germany.

Perfect getaway

This property was excellent from the home decorations to all the xtras the property was complete, we could had not ask for a better experience, the pool was perfect, the canal area was great for fishing. We cought like 10 cat fish and some snappers location of the property was excellent close to everything

Family Vacation

After a very long year for our family with a lot of twists and turns we needed a place where we could just unwind and relax. This property provided everything we needed to achieve the rest and relaxation we wanted. Whether it was time in the pool, late nights playing games, or just a chance to cook a meal so we can sit and talk the property provided all that and more. We will definitely be returning with our whole family.

We LOVED this house-The views…the house was super clean and minutes from fun! The pool was fantastic…We loved everything about it!! We would definitely stay again. The property manager and owners of the house were wonderful and very responsive to us! I would give this 10/10!

Beautiful Home

Our family had a wonderful time here. This was our first time to Cape Coral and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, has everything you could possibly need, the pool was the perfect temperature and of course Trooper the dog was a friendly neighbor.
