Our new pool home is vacation ready for you and your friends & family to unwind in our desirable destination Pelican neighborhood in Cape Coral. Relax outside under our covered & screened-in lanai, while grilling your favorite meals. Only 5 miles to the Yacht Club public beach, 4 miles to Sun Splash Family Water Park, 30 minutes from RSW Airport, 15 miles to Fort Myers Beach & only 4 miles to to be entertained in downtown Cape Coral. Centrally located, you will definitely be more than satisfied.

Perfect Cape home

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican. This home had everything we needed. It was clean and centrally located. The pool was an extra bonus!

Mini vacation

The home was very nice and clean. The pool was great. Lots of pool toys and floats for the kids. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and everything for cooking. We had a great stay with family.

House was great, location was easy to find, heated pool was amazing. Basketball net for pool was nice, but the balls were deflated. Pool floats were in a bin, but again, deflated and no way to blow them up. Nowhere to hang wet suits or towels inside or outside. No beach equipment. Overall nice place, but could use some updated kitchen items.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home, found the location convenient, and especially that the heated pool was a highlight of your stay. We did want to clarify a few items mentioned in your review. We do have a portable air compressor available in the house to air up pool floats, bicycle tires, and the toy basketballs that may have been deflated, which can easily happen between guests. Had you asked about this at any point, we would have been more than happy to assist or address this right away. In addition, the home is equipped with a Keurig, blender, pots, pans, crock pot, etc. If there were any specific kitchen items you felt were missing, we would have gladly accommodated your request if asked, just as we did by decorating the home and setting up a Christmas tree to help make your holiday stay more special for you and your family. As with all of our guests, we encourage communication during the stay so we can promptly resolve any concerns and ensure the best possible experience. We appreciate your feedback and will continue using guest input to make thoughtful improvements where appropriate. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best. We had an excellent time over our two-months stay. James was an excellent host and very responsive to our requests and comments. We especially enjoyed the in-door/out-door living with the lenai and pool. Our only complaint with the home is that it is showing some significant wear and tear. Nothing major, mostly staining and a rusty grill. The home is in a quiet neighborhood (love the burrowing owls) and is convieniently located near lots of activities in Cape Coral. That said, SW Florida is very conjested with traffic in the winter months. This made beach commutes less than enjoyable. Bridges into CC are tolled and the beaches are almost all paid parking. This can get expensive if you plan to go to the beach often. Overall a good stay and nice place.

Beautiful home

The house was exactly like stated on VRBO. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was warm, in a great neighborhood, and plenty of amenities. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, James. I asked if there were beach towels and he provided them. He was quick to respond to the very few questions I had and let me extend our stay a few days. I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation in Cape Coral. We hope to come back.
