The 1 medium size car carport is accessed by 2 roller doors, which gives easy off street access for your car or small boat to this fully fenced secure property. This property is your own hideaway oasis, so you can kick back and truly relax. If action is your thing, a surf, swim or paddle may be in order and them wash off with the outdoor hot shower.
The modern interior of the house, invites you to relax whatever the weather. Large north facing windows allow the sun to stream in during winter while being protected in summer. The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a large oven cook top and family sized refrigerator.
After a hard day at the beach, golf course, shops, bowling club, sit back on one of the plush new leather lounge suites in front of the new large LCD TV & watch sport, movies or a DVD.
The reverse cycle air conditioner keeps the temperature comfortable at all times.
Adjourn to the bungalow with its own A/C & TV, so people can have their own space if required.
A variety of movies and CDs are available for your entertainment along with a library of books and board games.

Just an easy 1 and a half hour from Melbourne, Ocean Grove has everything nearby.
Activities include the patrolled surf beach, surf lessons, whale watching, fishing (400M to boat ramp) Barwon River, kayaking lessons, golf, markets, wineries and just plain doing nothing!
All your shopping needs are covered in Ocean Grove or nearby Barwon Heads. From bakeries, cafes, providores and home ware shops, clothes shops, bookstore, as well as great bars and restaurants. Perhaps a relaxing massage or day spa is your thing. Banks, chemists, supermarkets and medical centres are all within easy reach.
For the golfers there are a range of golf courses within easy reach; Thirteenth Beach Golf Links, Barwon Grove, Barwon Heads, Point Lonsdale, Port Arlington and Queenscliff.
For family fun there is the Adventure Park, steam train rides, indoor swimming pool, mini golf and giant maze, horse riding and much more

Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale, Torquay and the Great Ocean Road are just a short drive away.
Queenscliff
Ocean Grove is located 14 kms from the historic sea port of Queenscliff at the mouth of Port Phillip Bay from which you can catch the ferry (45 minutes) to Sorrento and Portsea for a great day out. Ride the famous horse and cart or steam train in Queenscliff for a great family day.
Barwon Heads
Is a short car trip away or an energetic walk. Much of the ABC series Sea Change was shot in Barwon Heads. It offers fishing, great river walks, the Pier Cafe on the jetty and aquatic activities such as swimming and sailing.
