博士 町の医者であるフレディ（Freddy）は、彼の私的な練習のために通りに面した礎石を所有しています。

Downtown Samara

The property was exactly as described. The unit was in the heart of downtown Samara. East walk to all the restaurants and the beach. You don't need a car if you plan on staying in Samara.

Great Location

Nice location and nice accommodation s. We had a nice stay although we had a hard time contacting the property manager via the phone number provided. I noticed a message on what’s app after we left. I didn’t know to look there or I would have checked earlier. The showers were very slippery. Perhaps no skid can be added to the floor or maybe a hand bar? Also the power went off for 9 hours so no a/c or water. I believe the whole town was without power.

Great stay

Amazing condo with perfect location. Both shower heads are partially clogged and need replacement. It would be nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit outside.

Great condo

We had a great stay here. It is just a few blocks to the beach and within walking distance of everything. Very spacious place, has everything you need. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and the communication with the host was very quick and eay. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect perfect perfect!

This property is perfectly located in Samara. Close to everything! Shopping, groceries, beach and nightlife. Lovely three bedroom property with all the amenities you need after spending a day at the most beautiful beach! Selfishly I don’t want to oversell it because I want it to be available next time we come!! 5 ⭐️!

Central Location

We had a great stay. There is a market next door and it is surrounded by restaurants and stores. It's a short walk to the beach. We were there for language school, and it's a 7 or 8 minute walk to the school. There are quieter locations, but if you like being in town, this is a great home. The pool was very nice for cooling off and relaxing. We had pretty visiting horses in he field, and friendly iguanas too!

Great location

We enjoyed our time here. The condo was right downtown but quiet at night. Everything worked as it should and the owner was responsive to our questions.

Condo in Samara Beach

This condo is on the second floor on the Main Street in Samara Beach. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and surf. Great restaurants nearby. We did not use our car at all as the location was fantastic. The condo was spacious and clean but would benefit from new bedding. There are only sheets so having matching bedding would vastly improve it and the pillows should be replaced too. The pool is tiny but we did not use it because the beach is so close. Overall we recommend it.

Good location. Can be noisy on the weekends but during the week was great. It is dark In side and could use more lamps. It has new air conditioning and roof.

Stay in Samara

The actual place, condo, was better than expected...well supplied and very spacious. Nick the true agent was good in sending info and instructions about the condo etc but another manager was in charge of check in and was to help with our transport which was a bit vague and scattered. However she did meet us at the condo upon check in etc so all was well....

Great stay.

Good location. Clean. Check-in was excellent. The condo could use a full length mirror and a couple of portable fans. Otherwise no complaints.

Great stay with great access to the beach and ammenities. Nice clean condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property right in the heart of the town. It was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Great communication with the owner and property manager.

A little piece of heaven

It was our first time to Costa Rica and we spent 6 nights at Carla's condo in Samara. This town is something special and the condo was the perfect place to unwind. The location to the beach was fantastic and it was simple to walk to everything we needed, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy etc. It was well appointed with linens and towels, well stocked kitchen and it was nice having the washer/ dryer. It was also nice being able to turn on AC to cool rooms before bed! The pool might not look like much on arrival but it was great to spend time at as well. The property was well kept and we enjoyed our stay very much. How to be back one day!

Great place to stay in Samara!

We can't say enough about this condo! We stayed in Samara for a month while at language school and could not have asked for a more clean, safe, well appointed place to live while we were there. The location was perfect - easy walk to grocery, all of the restaurants, the language school and most importantly, the beach. Carla, the owner, was very helpful and great to work with and Nick, the property manager, was very friendly and attentive during our stay. The pool was nice, the high speed internet worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, the tank-less inline water heater made plenty of hot water for us all and the A/C worked great. Really can't think of anything bad to report about this place. We would definitely stay here if we are ever in Samara again.

Sweet Samara

The unit itself was very good, floor needed a cleaning. Really lacking on quality pol chairs, lounges. Could have a place to lock them in. The grounds need better taking care of and a few well placed palm trees around the pool would be great. Also a closed in fence where you come through steel gates would be good and a code on the gate for each unit. The proximity to downtown and the beach you can’t beat. Overall a nice place and we would return.

It was perfect location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants

It felt like home. All conveniences we’re close by. Property Well taken care of. Property Manager was there if you need them. Stay there again in a minute.

Highly recommend, lovely accomodations!

Truly "Elegant Condo"! Very spacious, well stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, washer and dryer worked perfectly! Beds were clean and comfortable, and we felt secure with gated yard, as well as being upstairs with great door locks. The pool was refreshing in the heat, and the air conditioners worked very well. Although there was street noise in the night , the convenience for walking to shops and the beach was worth it. I would recommend this Condo, and hope to come back again!

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at Carla's house in Samara. We were met promptly at the property by the manager. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent - a 2 min. walk to one large grocery store and 5 min. to another and only a 5 min. walk to the beach. There was A/C in every room and it worked well and quietly. We felt safe at the condo and in the town. It was handy to have a washer and dryer. The pool was clean and had a covered patio area. The little town of Samara had lots of restaurants (many along the beach), bars, bakeries, mini-supers plus the 2 big grocery stores. The beach was wide, flat and long and we enjoyed renting beach cruisers to ride from one end to the other. The beach was fairly calm and we felt safe swimming. We spotted howler monkeys one morning as we biked near town. We drove into Samara from Liberia and the roads were paved and smooth the whole way.

Nice stay, close to beach and restaurants, busy but fun area.

Property was much enjoyed. Our correspondence with Carla was very helpful and prompt. Her manager, Nick, did a good job answering questions, and giving tips and hints. The condo was clean upon move in, and kitchen and laundry areas well appointed. Only issues to point out would be that the microwave did not work, and the street noise in the 2 bedrooms on the street side were quite noisy from street activities which usually died down by about 11:00 p.m. The resident iguana which we called Brutus until we learned that his name was Pedro, was a bit possessive if you found him sunning on the steps to the condo. We enjoyed him but give him time to move when he is on the steps.

We love Samara Beach. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area when not in Samara. The rest of the time we rent out the space. We reserve the right to be careful and selective to who we rent. This is our home, and we've spent many years making it just the way we want it. We want you to enjoy & treasure it and the magic of Samara too.

When we arrived at Samara Beach it was love at first sight. The town and beach was everything we ever dreamed of in a tropical beach paradise. We bought the property before it was built, just a vacant lot w/ a blueprint and a prayer. We are grateful that the project completed and the property is now thriving. We are planning to be spending more time here. In between those times, we like to rent to appreciative guests.
