We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and town. The half tennis court and pool was great for our two teenagers. Highly recommend and definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5, with three young children. The location is great. House is spacious and air con works great. My only negative would be that the outside area could be cleaned up and made more useable. It's quite overgrown and messy out there so we didn't use it at all, aside from drying clothes.

We are a family of five and stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great location. Easy walking distance to town and the beach. Two great coffee spots at either end of the street. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, secure parking. Would definitely stay here again. Owner and agent very good to deal with.

Great location near to Clarks beach
We loved our 4 week stay at 10 Calinda Sol. The house was perfectly located for us and was booked specifically due to the location as our daughters wedding was on Clarks beach and then the Beach Wedding venue.
The roomy house was well equipped and comfortable. Getting a little bit tired and would benefit massively with a little upgrading and maybe installation of air con and auto garage doors. The furniture, both in the house and out on the deck were very good and comfortable.
The facilities of the property e.g. the pool and short tennis court were both excellent and the grounds are maintained to a high standard.
The provision of beach and pool toys and tennis racquets, boogie boards etc were very well used and appreciated.

Great position
We stayed here for 6 nights and found the property well equipped and maintained. It was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and also town. Perfect place for a family holiday!
We stayed at Calinda Sol unit 10 a few weeks ago with our 2 children and our brother & sister in law. It was just the perfect location for a Byron holiday - close to Clarkes Beach and the fabulous Byron Beach Cafe (great service, awesome coffee) and only a 10 minute walk / scooter ride into town along a flat path. The complex itself was excellent: well maintained and quiet. The kids were in the pool every day and we made great use of the half tennis court. The townhouse was really well equipped, clean and the perfect amount of space for us all. The kitchen and bathroom are a little old and tired, but they were clean and functional. Bec was really great to deal with, very responsive and friendly, and our bond was promptly returned. We will definitely be back!

Great location
We loved staying at Calinda Sol. We are a family of five with three teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great location to the beach and an easy walk into town. Really reasonable price for such a great spot. Bec was really good and bond was refunded day after we got home. Have nothing bad to say about Calinda Sol.

Great holiday unit. Very happy!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the off season and it was great value for money. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and enjoyed the walk from town along the beach to the unit. The place was clean and well looked after. It was decked out with tennis rackets and boogie boards which the kids gave a work out. The landlord has been great. No issues with getting deposit back. Always quick to respond. Great place. Highly recommend.

Great location, nice clean house!!
Quiet location but close to everything. We loved that they had highchairs, prams, umbrellas and bodyboard for the beach.
