Idyllic

The property is well equipped and easy to maintain. Such a lovely quiet spot with views of the ocean that we could never tire of. Thanks for turning on such beautiful sunsets and glorious winter weather too! This stay was just what we needed to refresh and recalibrate after a long lockdown!

Quiet and clean

Lynne’s place is our favourite. The house is comfortable and the view is great. Just a short stroll to the beach. Anchorage shop at the end of the street. Less than 10 minutes into Cowes. Air conditioner might need to be re-gassed. We had a wonderful time as always.

A wonderful stay for a family getaway!

Our family are return guests, we had an absolutely beautiful stay once more. A brilliant house to unwind & relax particularly from the huge deck overlooking the serene water views of Ventnor beach. Only a Short stroll to beach, comfy beds, large fridge, the house is very well equipped for a super enjoyable stay. A big Thank you Lynne, our best wishes for 2025!

What a view!

Perfect location with a fantastic view, on a sleepy street and easy beach access. Property has every thing you need, perfect for our family of four but could easily accommodate more.

Nice house with amazing views

House was as described. Lovely views and dining area on the deck. Very close to the Phillip Island Esplanade and all major attractions. Beach access within walking distance. Property owner was very easy to contact and replied quickly and was very helpful.

Just what we needed for a family weekend getaway. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fantastic deck. Only thing that would have made it perfect would be a dishwasher :)

A peaceful place to relax and unwind

We love the beaches on this side of the island and the house and deck are north facing so lovely and warm when the sun is out - even in winter. It's a very quiet area and the views of the water from the deck are lovely.
