Breakaway is that perfect blend of laid-back charm and unbeatable location. Elevated above the bay, the home boasts panoramic views over Cowaramup Bay from its expansive upstairs living and dining area, where timber floors, comfy lounges, and high ceilings create a warm, welcoming vibe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and a coffee machine to fuel your mornings before hitting the beach. Slide open the glass doors and step onto the deck—ideal for long lunches, sunset dinners, or simply soaking up the salty air with a cheeseboard and local wine.

Upstairs you’ll find two queen bedrooms with leafy views and access to a full bathroom. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms are perfect for the kids or friends—one with three singles, and the other with a bunk bed and single. A second lounge area or games zone downstairs provides extra room to get together with ping-pong and billiards. You’ll also find a second bathroom with both a bath and shower. Every bedroom is fitted with a fan, heater, and extra blankets for year-round comfort.

Outside, the property is surrounded by native greenery and open skies. When you're not surfing, swimming or exploring the nearby Margaret River wineries, Breakaway is your place to kick back, recharge, barbecue, and enjoy the view. A washing machine and ample parking are available on-premises
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
