With a fully enclosed backyard you can enjoy the security of knowing your children and pets are safe to enjoy the yard. This is a pet friendly property so you can also be reassured that your pet will be secure and have plenty of space to run around. There is a resident kangaroo that likes to pay a visit and munch on grass in the backyard so wildlife is really at your doorstep.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identifications

*Kangaroo tours are run at the Anglesea Golf Course for those that want to get up close and personal with the locals.
*Tennis courts are located in the town centre for a friendly game.
