Rancho Mirage Country Club 3 BR Villa

This property was fantastic. Very large 3 BR, 3 Bath unit with secluded backyard pool. Community larger pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Very spacious and great for hosting large groups. Owner was very helpful providing information and advice and immediately available. The golf and tennis facilities are closed temporarily, but there is a plan to reopen soon. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay at Rancho Villa

This by far has been our favorite property that we have rented in Rancho Mirage. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated. The villa is quite large with two master bedrooms, a third bedroom and all the amenities you would want for an extended stay. The owner, Linette, was wonderful and responsive to every question we had. In fact we had some issues with the awning in back by the pool and she and her husband drove from LA to fix it so it was easier to extend. She also added a channel and a DVR to make our stay more enjoyable. I cannot say enough about the owner and her responsiveness to our every need/wish. In all our rentals, we have never had an owner so responsive and communicative! The villa is located within the old Rancho Mirage Country Club and the complex felt very secure and safe. The Club is now closed, so that community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts are not operational. The golf course is maintained/groomed, but not staffed. There is a very large community pool just a few houses away that is great to do your morning swim laps in, after a walk around the complex. Because the community pool is so close we did not use the pool at the villa, but it is well maintained and nice to sit by during the day/evening. There is a nice view of the mountains from the pool area. In summary, the villa is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The owner is wonderful and extremely responsive. We would highly recommend this property and we have already booked our next stay there!

Wonderful home for our winter stay in the desert.

The owner is very responsive and communicates very well. The neighbors were super friendly and we hung out at the community pool with several of them a number of times. It's a private and secure gated community and a wonderful place for a two mile walk each morning. Central to all of the towns alongl CA 111.

We rented for the month of January 2022. The property was perfect in condition and location and the owner was very responsive and considerate in supporting us during our stay. We look forward to renting this property again.

Vacation Bliss

We couldn't ask for anything more. The house was fully stocked and then some! We have 3 kids and still have room for guests. Pool maintenance was above and beyond! Owner was our direct point of contact and continually asked if there was anything we needed, to let her know. She sent someone over the next day for maintenance or handy man issues. We would absolutely recommend this destination! Security was top notch and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful summer!

We loved staying there and already miss it!

We really enjoyed the tranquility of the Rancho Mirage Country Club gated community. It’s a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place to vacation and our family really enjoyed staying there. We loved staying there so much that after our one month stay, we decided to stay an additional month! We were so sad to leave there on the last day and we didn’t want to leave. The pool was phenomenal. We enjoyed (and miss) the daily mile long walks around the perimeter of the Kavenish drive loop with the luxury of not having to wear a mask since you rarely see anyone walking there. That was such a treat after months of having to wear masks. The mountains and the views are absolutely gorgeous. So nice being in a big house with so much room and everything that one would need. You honestly don’t have to bring anything with you other than your clothes. Linette has done an incredible job at providing everything that one would need inside a home. Linette is such a kind host and was super responsive to every question that we had. She felt like family to us. She’s a great host and had everything you can think of covered. We can’t wait to go there again and we highly recommend for others to stay there as well.
