The host Maria is amazing. Even before check in our host Maria was informative and caring. She answered every question and wanted to make sure we had a great time. We were able to have three generations in the house. My 85 year old mother, my mother in law, my two grown sons and daughter in law. We had not spent a vacation together since 1990. Great location and amenities for my son’s week of collegiate baseball spring training.

The amenities were great, the clubhouse pool was like a resort. The house was wellEquipped.

The stay was awesome! Maria was great and communicated with me in a timely manner! The only things I would suggest is adding wash cloths with the towels provided! If wash cloths are not going to be provided then just make sure to add it to the description so guest can bring their own.The house had everything else we needed and we enjoyed our time here! We look forward to staying with you again.

Family trip

Property was well maintained and the host was very quick to respond and help with any issues that popped up. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and the outdoor area for dinning was also good. Overall would recommend Do keep in mind that due to traffic on a good day it's about a 30 minute commute to most parks, in rough traffic it can easily take 90 mins (Friday night heading back from the parks)

This property meet all needs as a family of eight. One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at with some of the best furnishings and things to do.

Wonderful, great winter getaway

We had a group of 8 adults, and loved this home. Perfect place to come and get away from the cold northern winter. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome. Was also a nice location to visit Disney Springs and we also visited Kennedy Space Center one of the days. The home was very clean. With 4 couples we had 4 rooms each having their own bathroom, which was really great (with more to spare). And we had great communication from Maria the property manager. Overall wonderful experience, would stay here again any time.

Beautiful Home

The owner was great, and her communication leading to check-in and after check-out was excellent. The house is as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. There was no issue of any kind. I would book this property again in the future.

Amazing house, will definitely come back

My family and I loved everything about this house: very spacious, very good taste in decoration, great swiming pool, great barbecue grill, and the host was amazing in facilitating our last minute booking and entrance into the house. 10/10 will definitelly book this one again when I'm in Orlando.

Beautiful home

My family and I enjoyed our stay the house was very clean and smelled so very nice once we walked in we felt very welcomed. Maria answered our questions right away when we needed her. The pool and jacuzzi area was very nice. Can’t wait to stay there again thank you Maria for letting us feel like we were at home I truly recommend this place you will not regret it one bit.

Great house!!

This house is great for a big group with lots of room. The manager was quick to respond to our questions. The only down side is the long wait at check in to the community. Overall it was a perfect fit for our needs.

Beautiful Home

We had a great vacation! We took our kids and grandkids with us and we went to Disney World and Universal Studios. They were pretty close by. The kids loved having the pool right outside. They spent a lot of time there. The home was very clean and we were very satisfied with all the amenities.

Family 2024 FL Vacation

The house was great, all the rooms were as described, plenty of room for everyone. The gameroom was a lot of fun for the kids. The living room upstairs and downstairs was nice to be able to spread out. The pool and hot tub at the house got lots of use along with the grill. The pool, waterslide, lazy river and playground at the clubhouse were so fun. This is a must rent property.

Just what we needed!

We had a fun, comfortable, and just overall wonderful stay here! Communication from management was prompt and so helpful when we needed on our 5 day stay. My mother previously preferred hotels and was nervous about her first Vrbo stay and this turned out to be the perfect one to make her comfortable and actually prefer non-hotel accommodations now. Thank you!!

Great great great!

This property was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. We had six adults and four kids (ages 17, 15, 5, and 2). We had plenty of room to hang out as a family and also have time to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were a great size for our group. The communication by Maria was FANTASTIC !!! Maria was prompt to answer questions about our booking and even checked in on us during our stay! She was a wonderful host!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable!

We spent a fabulous week in Davenport! The house was clean and had just about everything we needed for our stay. Maria was prompt in answering any questions both before and during our stay! The house is VERY spacious and we LOVED the door that led from one of the first floor master baths to the pool area so we didn't track water into the house. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Outstanding Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The property is spacious and very family friendly. My grandkids loved the heated pool and game room. You can’t go wrong with this property! Magical

Maria, her Managment staff and her home are “practically perfect in every way”. The house was beautiful, could not be cleaner, the layout and bedroom sizes all large and bedding lovely. We had a few minor technical issues one midday one late at night both times management company answered on first ring and fixed immediately they were amazing. Best house ever!

First guests, brand new house

We were the first guest to stay in this property and from the first contact with the owner Maria you could feel very welcomed. The house is absolutelty gorgeous, everything is of the highest quality. We stayed with a family of 10 and everyone enjoyed the house. It is managed by Florida Scandi and anything needed is just a phone call away. Shopping at Posner Park is just 5 minutes away. We would gladly stay again.

This is a newly decorated house with the best quality of furnitures and leisure to make sure to give to your family and friends comfort and have a great time at my home. The house is about 10 minutes away from Disney and there are a lot of restaurants, outlets premium and thematic parks around the condo.

My guest will have access to all the features that Solterra Condominium offers.
At the club house you will be able to enjoy the Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Lazy River, Playgrounds, Tennis Courts, and a Soccer Field.
When you check in at my house I will send you the codes for you to have access to all these features.
