Great House !!

The owner, Chad, was always quick to communicate, answering our questions!! This house worked great for our family of 15. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub & game room! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. Animal Kingdom was a short drive and we were close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If we ever go back to that area, we would love to stay here again !!

Highly recommended

Oh my! Where to begin? My husband and I thought what better way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary than with our 3 children, their spouses, and our 9 grandchildren. I discovered this beautiful home in Kissimmee and it far exceeded our expectations. I was amazed at how well appointed the home was with kitchen equipment, etc. There were plenty of thoughtful items left for us - coffee, paper products, etc so we didn't have to shop after a long day of travel. Our host, Chad, answered any questions I might have. It truly felt like a home to me, not a hotel. Every one of my children and each of my grandchildren thanked me profusely for "the best vacation ever!" Oh, and the location was wonderful! Three miles from Disney and close to a miriad of other fantastic (lesser known and less pricey) venues. Thank you, VRBO & Chad

This is a GREAT place to stay!

This property is clean and very well maintained. The host provides a lot of extras, such as more than plenty of towels for the number of people staying at the property, beach towels for the pool, swim masks and goggles, some welcome snacks, as well as other extras that we have never had provided by a host in our 40+ years of annual family vacations. The property is conveniently located to many activities, including the major theme parks, numerous great restaurants, movies and other entertainment. I would highly recommend this property, not only for the convenience it offers, but also because the hosts are fabulous and know what it takes to offer a great place for large families to stay.

Magical stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms were large and comfortable, the house was very clean, the game room and pool were great! I didn’t expect the property to be so close to the parks, and that was a plus. There was also a Walmart and many restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed with three families and everyone had ample space. The host immediately replied to my texts. We had an amazing stay and plan to return!

Great location and pool for family

Spacious home. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and perfect for our families. Location was great for disney. Only issue was some of the top comforters were soiled so we washed them and there were items not cleaned out of drawers from previous group.

July 3-7 stay

The house exceeded our expectations. The house was tastefully decorated. The host left us a welcome basket. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. The supply closets had extra paper towels, trash bags and food storage bags. Little things that were missing in other properties that we have rented in the past. Also we love the instructions left on various appliances- making it easy for us to use. We had no problems so we didn’t have to contact the host. We definitely will be staying at this property again.

My family and I as well as my extended family enjoyed five nights at this great home! The host was amazing and attentive! The attention to detail should be recognized! A Superb Choice

We have stayed in Emerald Island several times. This was one of the best experiences. The home was clean and updated. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. We will definitely be rebooking this home again next year.

Communicative, Clean, and Comfortable

The gated neighborhood was lovely, the home was bigger than it appeared, and all of the rooms were well equipped. When my flight got in early he welcomed me to feel free to come anyway. When a guest misplaced an item he went above and beyond to help. We had a slight issue with the pool and every effort was made and it was solved within 25 hours. There were trails, pickle/tennis courts, and playgrounds. The rooms all had tv's and their own bathrooms so it was great to have reprieve from the larger group when needed.

Warm and Welcoming

The home was exactly as it was portrayed online, the host Chad communicated with us the entire time, if he felt we needed to know something he called me, and was so friendly. Awesome Place!

We were down here with 3 other families for a gymnastics meet. The girls loved the house and how easy it was for them to sleep together in one or the rooms. The play room was a hit with all the kids along with the pool. We had a hard time getting everyone to leave to do other things! Communication was spot on and quick response Everytime I had a question. We are all looking for another time to stay here again soon! Thank you for making everything so simple and fun!!

Truly Fantastic

Thank you Chad & Michelle (and family)! We had an incredible family vacation and loved your rental property. We travel to Florida often, and already our teens want this to be the place we stay in the future!! The home was comfortable & clean with a beautiful pool. The communication was great and check in was a breeze. We had several families meet for the weekend and found the outdoor lanai inviting & relaxing-perfect for many to gather and visit. The resort was quiet and felt safe, plus offered many fun options. The proximity to area attractions was also close and easy to get around. “Awesome Time”

The house was exactly how it was described; but the pictures really don’t do it justice! The resort is safe and in a great location. Every store and restaurant you can think of is literally minutes away. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, spacious and well-maintained. The owners are very friendly and responsive. They made sure our stay was perfect! The welcome gift from the owners was a wonderful added touch! The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up! If you are thinking about renting this home “Just Do It!” I promise you will not be disappointed. My family and I will be renting this home again, the next time we come to Orlando! I give this house a 10/10😃

Excellent Experience, Host, and Home

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home. It was spacious, clean, stocked with basic amenities and thoughtful touches for families with young children. The neighborhood is gated and quite safe. It can't be overstated how close this property is to Disney! The beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are well maintained (and the hot tub actually got hot!), the grill was in good shape. There was a minor heating issue with the hot tub on the first night. Chad went way above and beyond, and had someone at the house within an hour of reaching out. The issue was rectified swiftly and without hesitation. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely encourage anyone to choose this home for your Orlando trip.

Exceptional Accommodations

If you are looking for quiet, comfort, & space....This home is for you. Upon entering the home a welcome basket & personalized hand written note was left to greet our family. What a wonderful surprise. The pictures reflected the home accurately. Unlike most spring break families, we come to FL to relax & enjoy a new space. This home did just that for us. The beds are amazing, televisions in all rooms, the garage was tranformed into a game room, the grill was in working condition, the refrigerator was up to date & spacious, the main sofa was comfortable, outdoor furnishings were clean & modern. Our chef accompanied us & was pleasantly surprised by all essentials the kitchen had to offer. Positive stay & would recommend this property to all.

Beautiful House - Great Owners

I have stayed at homes on VRBO in the past but this home was by far the best! The house was BEAUTIFUL! and it’s in a gated community which I loved. You can tell the owners take very good care of the house and everything in it because everything either looked brand new or gently used. The bedrooms are very spacious and on the main level there are several sitting areas with a tv. Our favorite spot in the house was the lanai. That’s where we played our games, watched tv, and ate on the days we barbecued. If you like to cook this is the house for you. They had everything you can think of! I’ve been to homes where either the pots and pans were poor quality or they didn’t have enough cookware or utensils. But not this house. This house had more than enough cookware, baking dishes, crock pots, measuring cups, you name it they had it. Me and my sister said “wow they really thought of everything!” Needless to say we had great meals on our “at the house” days. We brought games with us but to our surprise they also had provided board games and trivia games. When we had a question about how to get the jets started for the jacuzzi we called the owner and he came to the house to help us and was the most pleasant person you can meet! I had spoken to his wife when I had questions about other things and she was so sweet and helpful. I loved that they were readily available to help us! I will definitely come back to this house the next time we vacation in Orlando!

Awesome House!

Loved this house. There were 14 of us (10 adults and 4 kids) and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house is very updated as far as appliances and finishes. Large (new) refrigerator, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. Kitchen has an island and table with 4 chairs and is well stocked with dishes, cookware and gadgets. There is also a large table in the dining room. Two separate living areas with multiple sofas and chairs in each. Indoor laundry room with latest washer and dryer, also iron and ironing board. Love those smart thermostats and smart TVs. Towels and soap provided in each of the six bathrooms. 7 bedrooms, all very nicely furnished. Having two of the rooms with a set of bunk beds and a single twin in each is a definite plus for families with kids and the princess room with the chariot beds is beautiful. Each bedroom and living area has a large wall mounted smart TV so no-one is fighting over what to watch. The garage/game room houses a pool table, foosball table and game table (kids had a great time out there). There was also a baby/toddler chair for eating and a stroller in the game room and a pack n play in the downstairs master closet. Very large patio with a pool and spa and very nice patio furniture. Patio furniture included a large table and chairs and multiple other chairs, sofas and tables without being crowded and still leaving room to move around. There is a TV inside that faces out to the patio. Sound for the patio TV comes from a very nice Bose sound bar. Pool has a very necessary safety fence. The weather was a bit too cool for me to get in the pool, but all of our kids (ages 12, 8, 6 and 2 along with their cousins ) were in the pool two days in a row. Loved the separate towels for the pool just inside the glass sliding doors. House is located in Emerald Island Resort and is very close to Disney. Multiple stores/shopping centers (grocery, pharmacy, clothing), lots of restaurants, a new water park/entertainment venue and a winery are with a 5-10 min drive. Our family has been coming over and renting houses in the area for over 10 years and this is the best one yet. Hoping this one is available for our next visit. Thanks so much for your hospitality. We purchased this home in 2019 as a true family getaway spot. We spend several weeks a year in the home with our three children and 10 grandchildren. We want it to be modern, comfortable, and in the best physical condition. We're constantly updating and upgrading the home. It is our great pleasure to open up the home to share with other guests. We hope that our guests will create memories of their own with a trip to our Central Florida retreat.

We've worked hard to renovate and design the home to make it an inviting and comfortable experience inside and out. It didn't stop with the renovations inside. One of our favorite things about Florida is spending time in the Disney parks, and making the short drive back home to enjoy the beautiful Florida evenings in the comfort of the screened-in pool area and covered lanai. Great care has been taken to ensure that our guests can enjoy those Florida evenings in comfort and relaxation.

As important as the home is the experience we provide. We're not property managers with dozens of properties. We're a family-owned and managed rental property that prides itself on offering top-notch communications and cares for our guests.

We love the close proximity to the parks, the beautiful Emerald Island community (and all the amenities at the renovated Clubhouse), the true "I'm home" feeling every time you walk through the doors of the house, and all the memories that can be made in Orlando. We hope you love the home and the Florida experience as much as we do.
