Modern three-bedroom, two full bath home with half-bath and new furnishings. Quiet neighborhood easily accessible to Saturday Farmer's Market , Chesapeake boardwalk & beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, water park, charter fishing, water crafts and casino. Complete well-stocked kitchen perfect for dining in or eating a quick snack.

Soaking tub in master bath with a free-standing shower, dining table seats 8, breakfast table, open floor plan with cozy reading/computer room, great porch with rockers to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of your favorite beverage. Deck with table & umbrella and seating for 6, plus Weber 3-burner propane grill for outdoor cooking. Grill tools furnished. Large flat back yard for kids (large or small) to play.

Plenty to do and only a short distance from Annapolis, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, or Baltimore. Explore all Calvert Country has to offer with plenty of parks and play grounds. Extremely kid-friendly - tot-sized plates &utensils, books galore, games & puzzles for all ages, building blocks and outdoor games. Pack n play, two baby-gates for stairs. Bunk-bed room with toys, books and bean bag chairs is a kiddo favorite.

The host was very welcoming from the time we booked until check out. The house is beautiful and spacious inside and out. The host assisted me with getting back my granddaughters eyeglasses after check out. She stayed in constant contact until they were retrieved. We will book this house again when we return.

Connie is always quick to respond and help in any way she can. We have stayed at this property several times. It is well stocked, clean, close to the boardwalk, restaurants, etc. I would recommend both host and house.

Absolutely beautiful house sparkling clean and it had everything we needed just wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Connie & John easy check in & great communication. We visited from UK to see our son who lives in Columbia MD. After a week seeing the sights of DC Baltimore Annapolis & wider Maryland it was perfect to wind down and relax in North Beach. Enjoyed walks on the boardwalk and great meals in local restaurants at the end of 7th Street. Lovely brunch at the bakery and loved the little antiques store. Amazing getaway

The house and location were absolutely perfect! Nice, relaxing neighborhood that was close to the beach, cute shops and great restaurants. Check-in was easy, the house had everything including games and toys for kids.Connie is an amazing host and always quick yo respond! My family loved this hosue and we definitely plan on coming back soon.

A perfect girls’ weekend

We had a fabulous girls’ weekend for Mother’s Day! I screwed up our reservation dates and Connie went above and beyond to help us get everything straightened out—she truly saved the day! The place is adorable and has all the amenities, including a perfect location for exploring North Beach. I highly recommend this stay!

Great Property and Location

Enjoy staying a this property and with this owner. Area is great. People are friendly. Am a repeat customer several times over and plan to come back again in the fall. Have stayed at various properties in the area and this is my favorite.

Great get away

Well Appointed Home

We were looking for a fun sisters/cousins beach getaway and this was perfect! The home was super clean and had everything we needed! It was a short walk to the beach/boardwalk (1/2 mile or so). Good restaurant options in a quaint town. The only downside is the cost to use the very small beach-$25 per person per day. However we found Breezy Point Beach to be nice and less expensive. Would definitely come back!

Cozy, well equipped cottage

I traveled to the area with my sister to visit our ill brother. We felt safe throughout our entire visit. The area is lovely with little shops down the street. The cottage was very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Our only minor suggestion would be to replace both shower curtain liners in the bathrooms. We will stay here again should another visit to our brother be necessary.

Great Property near Chesapeake Bay

I have stayed at 3 other properties in the area over the past few years. The destination offers everything I want for a quiet, peaceful re-charge vacation. This property is the most well appointed rental that I have been in. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials - house is clean - looks to be newly renovated and well kept up. No shabby chic here. Love the master bedroom and bath. Full size washer and dryer. Distance to boardwalk and shops is perfect. Neighborhood is quiet. Will definitely book here again.

Daughter’s Wedding

We had such a great stay! I very rarely leave reviews but this property was spectacular. The house was one of the cleanest and well decorated homes we have had the pleasure of staying at. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and Connie could not have been a better host. We hope to come back to the area and have time to explore more without having to hurry up for wedding festivities.

Wedding Weekend

Beautiful, spotlessly clean and well decorated home. More than enough living space for three couples. We were at the hotel for meals but I think you could easily walk the 4- 5 blocks to nearest restaurant. Would definitely recommend

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our 1 week stay. Extremely clean, spacious, very well appointed. Close to boardwalk, playground, beach, restaurants, ice cream shop. Our host was extremely helpful, flexible and communicated in a very timely fashion. We had a wonderful family vacation!
