Very clean and comfortable. The host was wonderful and communicated very well. They had a decorated Christmas tree in the living room, which was a very nice touch. Located within 20 minutes of the airport and very close to the Arroyo Grande Village and Pismo Beach. One note are steep stairs to the entry that created a little difficulty for our elderly guests, but manageable. Great visit.

Loved the property, goats were adorable, hostess let us do our thing, very responsive, super clean! The stairs were a killer but so worth the workout for the privacy of the area. Recommend to all.

Wonderful property just outside adorable Arroyo Grande. Very spacious with a great layout for our two families of four. Well equipped kitchen and the BBQ patio was fun. The kids loved the goats, even though one of them bullies his pen mates! Michele was awesome and responded right away when messaged. Highly recommend!

Great place

We had a great stay! Very cute place, loved having the extra blankets available, as it gets a bit cold at night, the kids loved feeding the goats. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and communicating with you so easy!

Comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was nicely decorated and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed feeding the goats. All the amenities we wanted, shopping, beaches and restaurants were just a few miles away or close enough for delivery.

Lovely property

The location was awesome. The house was beautifully decorated & clean. The property owner was very responsive & proactively sent information. She was responsive during our stay as well. Great location & very quiet.

Convenient

This property was perfect for our golf getaway. Location in general not bad, and centered to the greater Pismo area. House was as advertised and the owner even left a danish roll for us. Overall we were pleased and would use this property again for a similar occasion.

Michele’s place is 5 stars all around! It checks off all the boxes for what makes a great home base to explore the Central Coast: comfy beds, lovely decor, well stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities, plenty of space, a quiet location, and convenient proximity to Pismo Beach, SLO, and Morro Bay. As far as hosts go, Michele is the GOAT! She is so friendly, responsive and gracious, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. And speaking of goats….we were delighted with the three mischief makers living in the backyard! My daughter and nephew would have happily foregone sightseeing to spend all their time hanging out with the goats. They were one of our most favorite memories from our trip! Thank you, Michele, for supplying us with Callie crackers!

Comfortable and convenient gathering spot.

Friends and family from Fresno, Monterey, Carmel Valley and Simi Valley met. No one had more than a 21/2 hour drive. We had hiking trails, a creek with a swimming hole, backyard bbq, and 3 beaches close by. Peaceful and quiet

Good space

The space was good. The location was pretty good. It was a steep walk to town but doable. The only negatives that I have is that the garbage disposal didn’t work, the bed in the Master Bedroom was hard as a rock, it needed a little more cleaning (kitchen cupboard doors and floor boards were dirty) and there was some Mold in the Master shower.

Family Getaway

Was so pleasantly surprised with how quaint the property was. There were 2 Christmas trees decorated and everything was very homey. We were there for our son’s graduation from Poly and really had a great time hosting aunts and uncles. Everyone commented on how cute and comfy the rental was.

Quiet and convenient village home

We stay here for my wife’s birthday with a number of friends. The house was well located to downtown, within easy driving distance beach and other attractions. The house was well furnished and accommodating the nine of us well. Would stay here again

Nice property & Close to the beach!

Very nice place and about 10 minutes from the beach. Everything was clean and in order. Entry was quick and easy. I loved that they left some food for my kids to feed the goats. The house was big enough to accommodate my big family and we had a very nice time. One thing I wish was stated that the washer and dryer are down stairs. Also if your have little ones the back yard is a bit scary at night because there’s a hill in the back. I would also like to suggest that they should maybe put a TV in the rooms. We did love our stay and had great family time!! Thank you!!

Super clean, very nice

My family and I had the nicest stay here! The property is super clean with easy parking and beautiful tranquil gardens. Inside was immaculate and we had everything we needed. Location is also really convenient and just a short drive to multiple beaches. Michelle was excellent host following up to see if we neededed anything. Would definitely recommend and thanks again for a wonderful stay. Loved it! 😊
