Nice, comfortable stay. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Central Market/ Dune Side Deli (great food at both!) and other Mexican restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to beach. House had everything one needs for a great stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this house. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious enough for 6 adults. There were plenty of chairs for sitting to eat without feeling cramped. It is close to Grover Beach and Pismo, and there were plenty of options for dining out. Claudia was very helpful in providing suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The neighborhood was very quiet at night.

We appreciated the large living room and kitchen area as there is enough room for the eight of us to be in the same space together.The carpet leading up the stairs is a bit stained, but otherwise the home was clean and enjoyable.

Epic weekend

From the moment we checked in everything was seamless. The house was great and in close proximity to all things fun. The ping pong table was a hit and we were in great communication with the host who was very responsive. We can't wait to come back!
