Good Vibrations Beach house

Good vibrations beach house got its name from the good feel it has while being abit funky, so we have set it up as a 70's retro house. Staying wth us you not only have a large homely house but it has the added joy of an all over retro experience. Enjoy the sunken lounge that easily seats 10 plus guests or sit in the upstairs longe room with bar and enjoy the old vinyl records.

All guests are surpised by the size of good vibrations. We aim to provide most things you would need in a holiday house.

Only 350mts to a secluded beach that is also dog friendly. This house is great for a couple of families or a group of friends to enjoy a beach holiday. We welcome outside pets as the property has a large fence.

Down stairs has 2 bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom, lounge, kitchen, dining, reading area, extra toilet, large laundry, while upstairs has 2 bedrooms, rumpus room, a bar that doubles as a kitchen nook which contains fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also another toilet and a small balcony with views of the bay.

Ceiling fans in lots of rooms Air conditioners upstairs and down and gas heating to keep warm in winter.

We do not hire to schoolies.

bikes, a sofa bed and a couch to enjoy watching the competitions and an extra fridge for all the fish that are caught. The Garage also has hot and cold water to clean those fish



Great walks along the beach to Edwards Point and a track to the shops and piers. Wineries and golf courses are a short drive away as is Queenscliff, Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads with Geelong only 30 minutes away.
We have an outside video door bell for security.

Great home for family holiday.

A very large property with plenty of space for everyone. Its a short drive to the St Leonards shops but an easy walk to the water. Wifi is a great bonus as is the linen.

It is the second time we have stayed at the same house and it is well located to the beach and town. The house is clean and lots of room with everything you need for the stay . I have contacted the owner for several reasons and had prompt reply . I have no hesitation recommending this property

We stayed 4 nights, with 6 adults to relive the 1970 era, house was as described, everything you need, but no modern furniture or equipment. Weather was against us to enjoy outdoor games ,beach access, but tis would be a great summer family holiday house.if you are looking for a quiet spot away from crowds.

Super groovy decor

We loved the house and the retro style. The furniture and decor, carefully curated, was enhanced by the incredible collections of crockery, canisters, serving platters and more. From the sunken lounge downstairs (a step back to the seventies!) to the groovy cocktail bar upstairs, this is a holiday house for socialising and entertaining in. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the proximity to the beach.

Great Location. Walking distance to dog friendly beach. Told to only bring towels and linen. I expected soap and shampoo to be included. Dusty furniture. Not only there was no Wifi but there was no signal on all our mobile phones whilst inside the house.
