Fully enclosed outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, Foxtel TV, lounge and dining areas, overlooking a north facing in-ground infinity edge pool.

Presenting over two levels, this home caters for both formal and casual living for up to eight adults, contains:

The property is located 50 mins drive south of Brisbane International/Domestic Airport or 40 mins north of Gold Coast International/Domestic Airport. Just a 30 min drive to Surfer's Paradise and beaches.

A short buggy ride to the famous Sanctuary Cove Village and Marina where you will discover a delicious selection of cafes, restaurants and bars, plus a delightful range of specialty shops. A number of quality golf courses are also close by.

The theme parks; Dream World, White Water World, Wet n Wild, Movie World, Outback Spectacular and the newly opened Top Golf are just a short drive away.

Fantastic getaway home

Absolutely perfect, enjoyed every minute of our 10 days. Everything we could ask for and some, so close to all our needs. Loved the atmosphere the house and pool presented. Hard to leave, but left satisfied.

Great house

All good, lovely, big house. Great pool. Only thing not keen on was lack of space outside at back and fact that back windows do not open directly onto decking seems a waste of opportunity to really enjoy in - out living.

Wonderful

A lovely weekend away for our group of 6 mothers, very peaceful and the screened outdoor area was fabulous for a wine or 2 overlooking the pool, lake and golf course. The use of the buggies makes getting around Sanctuary Cove lots of fun. We will back next year. Thank you.

Quiet with lovely outlook

Great house for group, lovely outdoor patio, big pool and nice view across water to golf course. Had issues with host not communicating the process around getting in and out of the gated community via security. Would have appreciated this being explained accurately at the point of making the booking.

Sanctuaey Cove is still a great destination! Great restaurants at the marina. House was nice. Had pretty much everything we needed. Pool was a little cold but the kids still enjoyed it. Beautiful outlook from house. Golfers paradise. Close to Movieworld too!

Lovely home and views

Beautiful home with great indoor/outdoor areas and plenty of room for our family of five. Soaking up the views of pool/lake and golf course provided a wonderful feeling of relaxation. The use of the 2 buggies was great for venturing to the nearby shops/restaurants and marina, and theme parks were just a short 10 minute drive by car. Our travel plans were shortened due to imposed border restrictions and Debbie, the owner, was so lovely to assist in changes with our booking to ensure we were not impacted financially from this. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone coming to Sanctuary Cove.

Wow factor

We travelled 11 hours to sanctuary cove for a wedding on the weekend we opened the door and looking from just inside the front door our view of the infinity pool and lake was wow it’s better than the photos the screened in outdoor area was amazing perfect for a family or 4 couples everything you need is here it’s a pity we had to go out at all but it was lots of fun driving around in the buggies it was so great to have two the gated community made us feel very safe I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to anyone you get to feel rich for a week Tony and Deb were great hosts we rang with a question and they replied straight away they sound like lovely people it’s a pity we couldn’t meet each other do yourself a favour and book your next holiday at 4895 Berkenshire you will not be disappointed and definitely value for money and it’s only 5 minutes to the main eateries IGA and marina a great spot for a wedding we also got to go on a boat for the wedding reception were just easy going country people but everyone was friendly didn’t feel out of place at all hope to return someday thanks Deb and Tony for letting us stay in your great house

A perfect home away from home

We had the best holiday at this property in Sanctuary cove. The pictures and description of the home was accurate. The house was beautiful, spacious and homely, the back yard (including the pool) was very private with trees giving the privacy from the neighbouring properties. Close to the centre hub of Sanctuary cove, only a short buggy ride away. The home came with two buggies also which was very convenient and fun. We would recommend this property to our family and friends.

A wonderful sanctuary inside a sanctuary!

We loved staying at this place, great value for money. The home was very clean and provided great big spaces for our extended family. My favourite space was sitting in the alfresco lounge watching the kids play in the pool before overlooking the lake and golf course, it was so relaxing and peaceful. We found that the house was centrally well positioned, 10 min drive to theme parks and short drive to Surfers. Debbie was lovely to deal with and accommodated any requests or feedback we had instantly. Overall this stay was excellent and precisely what we were looking for. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area next.

This house is wonderful for a family catch up. Plenty of space with a awesome enclosed back entertainment area and pool. Lots of wild life to keep you entertained too. It rained the whole time we were there but the size of the house made our wet stay so enjoyable. Thank you Debb and Tony for the stay.

Our one month stay went far too quickly! A friendly house, well stocked, comfortable and with everything to hand. Debbie, the owner, is a delight to deal with and very responsive. Fronting on the lake & looking at the golf course and its greenery is a very soothing experience while the amount of bird life, kangaroos etc is exceptional. We recommend this house and its charming owners to anyone.

Peaceful and relaxing

Beautiful house with plenty of space. The location was very peaceful. We enjoyed riding around in the golf buggies and loved the pool, we even had internal pool lights at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were huge. The two living areas and two tv's meant we all had enough space to relax. The main bedroom was huge with walk in closet and spa bath. Overall our family had a nice relaxing holiday in this beautiful house.

Beautiful House, peaceful setting

The property was excellent, we loved the huge indoor outdoor area and master bedroom overlooking the pool and large pond on the golf course, very peaceful with nature all around with enough room for a large family or 3 couples, felt like home. 2 Golf buggies supplied which were great fun driving to the marina and Sanctuary Cove Resort in 5 minutes or a 15 minute walk, buggies are more fun though which can be used throughout the community. Would recommend this property.

Great Holiday

The north facing aspect of the lake and golf course really stood out for us with this property. In 2011 we decided to put the pool in to give us and our friends the opportunity to not have to leave on a hot summers Queensland day. This spacious property really caters to families and social golfers looking to enjoy the Queensland weather without living in each others pockets - we know you will enjoy!
