Quiet neighborhood

House was very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. We visited Hocking Hills old man cave and floated the river with adventures pro. Food was also close by. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed when we cooked in. Comfortable beds too! Would book again.

Clean, Comfortable and Well Maintained!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It has a fairly quiet surrounding. Very spacious Kitchen, dining and living spaces. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great communication with host.

Great place to stay. Home was clean and tidy with tons of space. Close to Hocking Hills and lots of food places near by. Was a great place to stay and a great price.

Nice place for our family

Was a nice place. Definite ant problem in the kitchen. The first morning we found a chicken running around the back yard which my kids enjoyed watching and catching to return to the neighbors. Neighborhood was colorful but neighbors were pleasant. BYOTP. Our first rental, honestly, so we didn't know exactly what to expect but the need to bring our own toilet paper wasn't something we expected but we also didn't feel the need to call someone just for TP. The family really enjoyed our time there even though it was raining. Plenty of games to do for times we were there. Overall, nice little place and we'd definitely stay there again.

OU graduation

My husband graduated recently from OU and I needed to find a place to stay not too far for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and my parents. We found this place to be a real delight. It was clean and had great space. The kids loved running around in the open space inside and outside. Everything was updated, clean and they made great use out of the space. We loved exploring Nelsonville as well as Athens. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family!!

Great value, beautiful home!

The house was wonderful for our family’s visit to Hocking Hills! It is definitely newly renovated, and was very clean. Beds were great, kitchen was well-stocked, and everything felt really high-quality. Nice bedding, towels, and tv! Lots of nice, thoughtful touches included (high chair, pack n play, kindling, access to laundry, charging station). Great location for visiting the park, although it’s in a rough neighborhood. We were worried driving in, but felt very safe inside the home! We would stay here again.

Great space out in the country

Very clean, exactly like photos. Loads of nice linens. Nice back yard space for kids to run around (and a friendly neighbor who let us meet their pet pig and borrow kindling for the fire pit). Beds were comfy, internet worked, no problems with hot water. Ample stock of firewood for the firepit. This was a great place for our large family to spend some time relaxing after hiking or other outdoor adventures. Be aware that the kitchen doesn't really offer any condiments at all besides salt and pepper - in other rental properties, we've come to expect stuff like oil, mustard, ketchup, mayo - this was a pristine and empty refrigerator (that we may have accidentally left our Diet Coke behind in).

Very clean, very nice

I have to say, we booked this last minute and it seemed like it was the only one left in the area, so we didn't have much choice. I questioned in my head, why wasn't it yet taken. The picture of the front of the house didn't really impress me either. I was worried. The inside pictures looked great, but they can be deceiving. After three nights here, we ALL loved it. It was very nice inside and remodeled wonderfully. Big kitchen, patio, fire pit and clean, clean, clean. I can't find much to complain about. There was a small ant problem, even though there are plenty of ant traps along the kitchen sink. We wiped everything down and made sure our food was sealed and they didn't return. I also wish the 2nd queen bed wasn't a bunk, but I certainly understand it. Everything else was great. Plenty of room to sit and get away and relax. Wifi worked fine. Did I mention it was CLEAN ??!! We would stay here again. Thank you !!!

Awesome place!

This place was so cute and perfect for our weekend getaway bachelorette party! Everything was so clean and they had everything you needed at the house. The back yard was huge and the marina we went to was only 15 minutes away. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely be back!

This well appointed ranch was Spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean with thoughtful details such as toiletries, coffee, high chair Etc. the back yard is amazing with a fire pit near the back. There are three bedrooms. The king size bed room has an adjoining half bath. The other two bedrooms have bunkbeds which could be a limiting factor if you had all adults staying. It was not a problem for us. We will definitely return!

Trail Riding at Wayne NF

The property was very clean and looked like a brand new remodel. There were plenty of towels and dishes. We could ride from the rental to the trail head. We would certainly stay here again.
