We loved our stay at Hindmarsh House. The property is extremely comfortable and clean, and a pleasure to be in. It’s close proximity to the beach, the cafes and restaurants, and the tram to the city means that its location is perfect.
It was lovely property, in a great area, close to Glenelg beach and many great restaurants. Just be aware, for older guests there are stairs up to the accommodation, as well as stairs from the living area to the bedrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.
Me and my wife and our three children had a fantastic time staying at the Hindmarsh house in Glenelg. We could not recommend it more highly. It was so close to everything we needed and all the amenities were fantastic. The property was affordable, clean and well furnished. No issues at all to report and would happily stay there again. In fact I think we will be. Thank you again for having us.
Such an authentic historic place to stay. Has been renovated to perfection and was spacious and exceptionally clean. Definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
We all enjoyed our stay, great location only one thing was they were working at the accommodation the whole time we stayed and it was a bit intimidating for 5 women as we felt like we were being watched all the time.

Great to hear you had a good time.
Must admit that workers were doing maintenance during your stay.
Sometimes getting things done isn’t that convenient.
Thanks for the feedback.
Beautifully restored two storey historic terrace minutes from the beach with wonderful hosts. Quiet location good access to beach and restaurants and very well appointed.
Great property and location. Recently stayed with a group of friends and everything was so easy from word go. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and the location made everything so simple to get to. Will definitely stay again.
My friends and I stayed for our annual girls' trip. Amazing location close to the beach and Jetty rd, everything we could want was a short walk away. The accommodation was lovely, with historic bedrooms but modern light-filled living, kitchen and large sheltered outdoor area. It was a hot weekend, but we were very comfortable here. Great base for a tour to the Barossa Valley.

thankyou so much for staying with us and your great review so glad you had a good time and we hope to see you again at some time in the future
Everything was great except kitchen fridge froze everything. Couldn't get coffee machine to work. Other than that will highly recommend the apartment. A great stay
I think VRBO has some comms connections issues with property managers. That said, once we linked up with Ben it went incredibly smoothly. Ben was a great and gracious host. He has a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.
Really really loved this property. The rooms were spacious. Lounge and outdoor area were also comfortable. Premises had onsite parking, but if not accessible the street and surrounds also had parking. The owner is your contact. We arrived to some beautiful bread, milk, fruits, teas and coffee. Towels were replaced halfway through our 6 day stay. The premises is perfect proximity to everything. The only downside is that there is 1 toilet, we had 5 adults and mornings we’d have a queue. There is no washing machine or dryer, but if staying for a while the laundry mats are located near by. I definitely would rebook this premises. The owner is amazing.
My 2 sisters, my daughter and I loved the property. It has been well renovated with an extension added for the kitchen, living area, deck and bathroom. Location is excellent with it only a few minutes walk to Jetty Road for restaurants and shops. The beach is very close for swimming and walks. The tram station is a few minutes walk on Jetty Road if you wish to go into Adelaide City. We had a welcome bowl of fruit, bread and milk. Checking in was easy. Cannot recommend highly enough. We had a lovely stay. The apartment was beautiful and we had everything we needed. It’s a second floor with stairs to access, and then a unique setup in the living quarters with stairs up to access bedrooms, with a small landing and more stairs to the lounge and kitchen. Also a small step into the bathroom. Manageable and it added to the quirkiness of the home but we had my elderly Mum with us and so we just needed to be extra cautious as she negotiated the various areas.
