Lovely villa, especially the outside area.There was water and fruit to welcome us which was greatly appreciated.Janus was very responsive throughout our time there.Beds were very comfortable as were the sofas.It is at the top of a hill so we rented a car to get around, however Janus and his team can arrange for a driver should you want one.

The listing mentioned washing machine but there was not. Host offered to take our laundry for a maid to wash but we didnt feel comfortable with that. When we asked for more towels mid way we only got 2 more! I would not have booked this listing if i would have known there was not a washer available. Or I would have atleast packed diffently. There were also very loud noisy dogs barking in the middle of the night. It made it difficult to sleep. The water temp in the shower was also chilly. We didnt have much hot water. The host was definitely really nice and friendly but we were a little disappointed with the actual property.

Fantastic view Great team

We had a wonderful time here. Covid outbreak started shutting things down and this was the perfect place to be. Janus and team were super helpful getting us items and making sure our trips were private and safe. Whatever they could do to help-they did. The villa is nice because it’s at top of hill so you see city but city can’t see you. We will stay here or another one of his properties again. Thank you!

Serrana Villa was an absolute gorgeous property. The views are breathtaking. With the help of a light morning shower, you can see steam rising from the Sulfur Springs caldera. A short walk to the local grocery store was convenient and made for some tasty breakfast in bed. We walked to Fedo's for lunch. The food was exceptional. I would highly recommend grabbing a bottle of fresh juice. We ate at the fancy beach resorts and the local restaurants, and I say the local restaurants won. Wish we would have side steps those beach resort dinners. The TreeTop and Robot Restaurant at Hotel Chocolate are next level. The area beach resorts have the prime snorkeling spots and the lunches fueled us for more beach time. Mystic Man's Sunset cruise was a blast. The crew did a wonderful job connecting with everyone. The Tet Paul natural trail is hosted by a small community farmer co-op. They did an outstanding job curating this amazing hiking trail. It truly is a Stairway to Heaven. The Sulfur Spring tour and Mud Bath are a natural embodiment of the Saint Lucia's raw energy and vigorous spirit. An endless supply of adventure awaits you. Janus has the foresight and vision to make this all possible. A true entrepreneur in the making. I can't wait to see how you shape this community.

Beautiful deck and view!

This is such a cool and unique property. It was beautiful sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning, looking over the rainforest hills and the distant Pitons, and swimming in the small private infinity pool in the evening. We saw fireflies (a first for me!) and hundreds of bats each evening just after sunset, which was so cool. Beautiful views right from the master bed too, a great way to wake up. The house was sparsely decorated (but fine with us, that view is the "decoration") and was very clean when we arrived. There were some missing items in the kitchen (we cooked while there), but they were quick to remedy the situation and brought what we asked for. There were some maintenance issues, which were mostly handled, except it took 2 days to get a working light in the kitchen, and 4 days for lighting in the second bathroom (so it wasn't very usable for most of our stay). There were actually a lot of lights out in the house, but we only really cared about the kitchen and bathroom ones. But they were good hosts, and very nice. They tried hard - apparently there was an issue getting light bulbs in the area. The driveway is a little adventurous, but then, most roads in Saint Lucia are. This place is on the edge of town, a few minutes drive from the grocery store, but far enough out of town for some privacy (although you should expect a little noise from the neighborhood). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

Amazing view from the dipping pool!

The view of the Pitons is like a postcard. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods each morning and everyone in town was so nice. Don’t let the driveway scare you this is an amazing place to enjoy being part of St Lucia.

Very comfortable and nicely appointed

Serrana was accurately described online. It is a great property in a great location (Soufriere) with spectacular views of the Pitons from all windows. The pool and deck are wonderful as we enjoyed our time in the pool and relaxing on the deck. The owner and host, Janus, was very helpful and keeps the prices very affordable for the quality of the property. Everything is top notch.

Best Rental in St Lucia

We decided to spend 2 weeks in St Lucia and wished we would have stayed here during the entire trip! First we must say what a great host Janus was... from start to finish made us feel like we were old friends. The house was simply wonderful with a view that is one of the best in the area. Great satellite LCD TV.s in the living room and master bedroom, super fast WI-FI, comfy beds and a kitchen with everything you need. We’re already planning our trip back next year. Thanks again Janus... we really appreciated your amazing hospitality!

Fantastic host, amazing views excellent property & location

Upon arrival I was meet by Janus who couldn't do enough for me. Arrived in a tropical storm so the whole island shut down for two days I hadn't done any food shopping but Janus came to the rescue providing me with enough supplies for the days ahead and said to call him day or night on the local phone he gave me if I needed anything. I felt very safe. The property was beautiful, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Peaceful location within a short distance of the town where things were buzzing. Lots of tourist attractions right on the doorstep perfect as I was only there a week. Highly recommend this property and host.
