完全に改装されたビーチハウスは、ビーチフロントに位置し、12名以上の収容が可能です。3部屋すべてにエアコンと、お湯とwifi付きの専用バスルームが備わっています。

キッチンには15人用、冷蔵庫2つ、冷凍庫1つがあり、これらの長期休暇に適しています。また、ストーブとオーブン、電子レンジ、小さなオーブン、コーヒーメーカーもあります。

Loved the grounds, the beach vibe, the upstairs deck. Had a great time in the water and the pool. Grocery store is about 3 minute drive. No great food nearby except pupusas (amazing). The photos are old, but I think the place is like a little sanctuary with all the flowers and plants. It was a lovely stay. About 1.5 hours drive to surf city.

Loved it here. I am definitely coming back with my siblings. The care takers were amazing, we became friends instantly. The outside area was my families favorite. We hung out in the pool and watched sunsets every night on the beach. Amazing time, made us want to buy property out here.

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at Roberto’s beachfront property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the unmatched beauty of the home and its surroundings. The pictures don’t do it justice — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching sunsets from the patio was nothing short of magical.Roberto was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and full of helpful local tips. He made the entire process seamless. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and everything was perfectly organized.The property itself was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place — from the fresh linens to the well-equipped kitchen.If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic, and hassle-free beachfront escape, this is it. Not like the pictures on VRBO

I was shocked at the property when I arrived. The front entrance is NOT like this pictures in listing, you cannot see the front door. EVERYTHING on the property is overgrown. @VRBO should take this listing down until proper pictures are advertised. DO NOT SPEND your money here…there are other properties that are much better.

Family getaway

We stayed about a week and the house was charming, with beautiful backyard, plenty of space to enjoy outside, and amazing views of the ocean. The caretakers were super friendly and very attentive. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the simple life with the family and friends.

Property needs work.

First off host gave the wrong address and did not provided a contact phone number. This pics were taken long time ago, it needs updated pictures. The outdoor area is overgrown. The pool was dirty, the kitchen has a poor lay out. No places to sit inside to eat a meal only sitting area is outside. The pics from the posting are old the property needs lots of work. Save your money do not stay here.

Beautiful garden

The outdoor space at this house was amazing. The garden and palm trees surrounding the pool were beautiful and relaxing. Loved the two story overlook by the beach. Very nice sunsets. The 5 hammocks on the property were perfect for lazy days by the beach.

Heaven on Earth

I loved everything abt this place, very clean and the attention given by Arsenio and his family was more that I amazing. The view, the beach so calm and relaxing and the stars at night lokked like a Christmas tree were breath taking. Thank you!

Property location is good, however the air conditioner in one of the room never worked, there is construction on one side and is noisy and there is no privacy, one of the bathroom was facing the construction side and there were clear glass on the window which workers could see thru, back door did not lock properly, one of the refrigerators did not work well, Arsenio and his wife(the property person who cleans and live in the back house) they were nice, they keep garden and pool clean, the inside of the house needs a little updating for the rental price! the property manager in the other hand was not, he was trying to blame us for the air condition not working!!! Not very professional handling this situation, I don’t recommend anyone to rent this property unless they are ok with noise, dust from construction and not enough privacy

Beautiful property

The outdoor space is incredible!! The views are awesome and the pool is nice. However, the waterfall wasn’t working during our stay (which was a bummer!). There were some bugs that came out at night, and I wish they would’ve sprayed the property before guests arrival. One of the showers had a problem with the water drainage. So the water would puddle up as you shower. The people on-site were super nice and helpful as can be. They washed the blanket which smelled when we checked in and we’re at our service. I was super appreciative of their services.

Gorgeous beach

My review is based on property caretakers, absolutely welcoming, helpful, and respectful. The couple was able to cook meals for my family and kept the house clean in our stay. The outside of the property does need more seating furniture. Dining table chairs were a bit uncomfortable and worn out. The pool was nice, however waterfall was not working at the time of our stay. The outside seating area is not equipped with ceiling fans or any type of AC, so be ready to sweat during the sunny humid days.

Paradise

The house was amazing! GPS took us past the property but Robert was very quick to respond and making sure we where going the right direction. The house keeper Mr. Arsenio and his family are very attractive and keep the house very clean. My family loved it! highly recommend it. We are for sure coming back to enjoy this beautiful property and the beach.

The house is private, there are no shared spaces and it is beachfront.
There are also no tourist centers nearby so you almost have the beach to yourself.
Jose the caretaker and his wife will take care of absolutely everything you need, from cleaning to helping you with cooking.
