The outdoor area features a beautiful kitchen, a barbecue grill, 1 outdoor shower, 1 full bathroom, and 2 private pools—one for children and the other for adults.

The price remains the same for up to 10 guests
Each additional guest incurs an extra charge of $20

- The use of illegal substances is not permitted
- Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages violates the rules of the complex and the house.
- Excessive noise is not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Appropriate behavior is required
- Smoking is prohibited on the property
- Pets are not allowed (sorry, no exceptions, out of consideration for our guests with allergies).
- We recommend that our guests keep their food covered and stored away; we also recommend disposing of trash in the designated areas to avoid attracting local animals (cats, dogs, etc. Our guests will be comfortable and safe; please follow our suggestions).
