Great place to stay in Maui !!

We had a one week stay in this condo. We had 2 couples and single for this stayThe master bedroom is a loft to the living room, but did not hinder our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beach was a 3 minute walk. A general store and coffee were a 15 minutes walk. This was a quiet neighborhood with everyhing we needed for a great stay

A really good spot

For three days in a row the beach across the street had turtles come up and lay in the sand. Great location. The place was very organized neat and clean. Definitely would stay there again!!!

Beautiful Condo in Maui

This was our second time in Maui. Great location. Public beach access right across the street. Parking was nice without the assigned spot. Condo had a nice breeze. We didn't use the AC but it was nice that the units are there if needed. All the necessary things needed to make our stay comfortable. Charles with Evolve was very helpful answering questions. Mahalo.

Easy, stress free stay

Easy check in. Convenient parking. Clean place. Simple, stylish furnishings. Comfy beds. Kitchen perfectly appointed. Made coffee to enjoy on the lanai every morning. Nice view. Soothing atmosphere. Great location. We took walks every morning. Many beaches nearby. Thank you, charles!

It a nice getaway for a mean time!

It a nice place and so close to store and the beach! There’s only 1 thing that I wish they have is a bathroom downstairs it’s so hard to go to the bathroom I’m the middle of the night and I have my sister that had knee surgeries and it’s hard for her to go up and down in the stairs just to go to the bathroom! But all in all I rated it 5 stars!

Stay in Maui

Great overall property. Really enjoyed our state and the communication from the owner was great. Small recommendations would be to have more towels available and make sure there is enough soap etc. But overall, loved our stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful place!

We are family of 4 with two young adults and we all enjoyed staying this place. We stayed here from 6/17 - 6/21 and property manager Charles was very responsive gave excellent instruction and made the check-in process a breeze. We will definitely return here. Mahalo Charles! -Coral

Honestly everything was perfect about this place except for the fact they don't offer a Pack and Play/Crib for babies, which is surprising since I would definitely otherwise say this was a very family friendly Townhome. They had plenty of amenities to borrow for the beach and pool, the townhome was very clean, beds comfortable, and spacious. The area around the townhome was also nice with several food options and a nice beach, but perhaps a little far from other parts of the island if you plan on traveling around. Definitely an overall recommend!

OK Accommodations; Good Location

Many of the reviews are spot on. The bathrooms are very datesd, the tile at least needs re-grouting if they don't want to do a renovation. The place is much darker than the online pictures. Beach across the street is beautiful, that's a plus. Boogie boards and chairs provided made the beach great. Evolve is ok - typical large management company. An actual person texted us during the stay. The price for the place felt really high. But that's Hawaii right now.

A large family travels to Maui

This location was perfect for our family of seven, all the kids had space and the adults had privacy. There was a pool and hot tub for when we wanted to stay back, and the beach is across the street making for easy access. The food nearby was good and the walls, beautiful. Would utilize this space again in the future- highly recommend

Our Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo! Perfect location to restaurants, beach is just across the street. View of the ocean from the balcony. The condo does provide pool/spa and tennis courts. The only thing I wished they had was Netflix or Amazon Prime for the tv in living room. They do provide this in the main bedroom. We really did not have a lot of time for tv... but there were those nights that we wanted to just relax after an exhausting day of boating, swimming and shopping. :-) You will not be disappointed! Would stay here for sure next time!!!

Family stay in Kahana, Maui.

Beautiful place, well-located and clean. We would definitely return. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc for entire family. All the amenities you could ask for. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. 5 star rating all around.

Great place in an awesome location.

Our family enjoyed our stay here and how great the location was. Just steps away from the water and a few restaurants. We do recommend this home for anyone’s stay. Also it was really cool how they had boogie board’s and beach chairs with a few toys. Super cool 👍🏼

Decent place in Kanaha Villa

The island of Maui is fabulous, and the location of this condo is really convenient. The condo needs some upkeep, though. Broken window in the kitchen and rust dripping in the freezer were two of the first things we saw. There are broken tiles in one of the bathrooms and the plumbing threatens to come out of the wall when you turn the shower on in the master bath. With 7 people staying in the condo, there was enough sleeping space. It stays dark inside, even when you might want some more light. That did help keep it feeling cooler during the hot parts of the day. The pool area has barbecues. One of them is brand new, but doesn't have a grill or knobs so it is an empty husk that can't be used. Plenty of dishes and silverware in the unit and other than the broken window and rusty freezer, the kitchen was in pretty good shape.

Perfect place to stay

We loved this condo. It was only a few minute walk to the beach and to the pool. The beds were comfortable, even the kids enjoyed the 2 pull out couches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as all of the restaurants had 2+ hour wait times due to COVID and their capacity is at 50%. Charles was great for checking in and out and he checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Another huge bonus was that the condo came with a cooler, boogie boards, goggles, towels and chairs for the beach. Such a great place for a family.

Good home base for a great trip

The condo is nice and comfortable, nothing fancy and does show it's age, but overall good. The location is fantastic, the pool access is great. The beach is an easy walk 200 yards across the street and while it's not the best beach on Maui having it right across the street is a huge plus. The space is good for a group of 7 but there is limited privacy. Technically there are 2 bedrooms but the main bedroom upstairs has an open balcony to the main living area (and two fold out beds) so it's not actually a private bedroom. The window screen in the kitchen/laundry area is held on by duct tape. So... All told the place is good and I would strongly consider staying here again, but I would also look at other options.

I loved that the property was right next to the beach. The property provided beach chairs, beach toys, shades, beach mat, cooler, everything you need to go to the beach! The property was cleaned and had everything we needed to cook and dine in.
