Built in 1912 and one of the first cottages in the area, Poet's Cottage is located on the edge of the beautiful Valley of the Waters in historic Wentworth Falls - a 5-minute drive from beautiful Leura Village.

This stylishly restored and extended 114-year-old property offers the best of both worlds - tranquility and quiet away from tourist crowds yet the attractions of Leura and Katoomba are just a quick drive away.

Self-contained, with plenty of pampering comforts, the cottage offers an open-plan lounge and dining area with a freestanding gas log fireplace and a chef's style kitchen. Snuggle up in the three bedrooms with two queen beds, one king single bed and two single beds. The cottage accommodates 2 to 7 guests. Children are welcome.

Watch honey-eaters sip flower nectar while relaxing on your entertainment deck, or wander through the large garden before enjoying the beauty of the world heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park, which backs directly onto the property. Then return to the cottage for a pampering spa.

- Guests are refrained from smoking indoors or in the garden due to its proximity to bushland and the World Heritage National Park.
- In Autumn and Winter (May to November) warm outdoor clothing is advisable as temperatures can be up to 10 degrees cooler than Sydney.
