Nellies North Beach House

Located on absolute beachfront at the southern end of Boomerang Beach Nellies North offers a unique pavilion style accommodation experience for families or groups of friends alike. Perched on top of the dune, it offers separate pavilion spaces to relax and unwind all within a few seconds from the stunning golden sand and blue waters of Boomerang Beach.
An ideal holiday escape for two families with children or large groups.Please note that the living area is separated from the bedroom pavilion by external decks.

Every effort has been made to maintain the accuracy of the rates however, the owner reserves the right to correct changes and adjust prices from time to time and errors may occur. You will be advised of any adjustments to prices when a booking is confirmed. Rules may exist at different times, that dictate the number of days for a particular rate to apply, or that require arrival on a particular day of the week with weekly bookings.

MINIMUM 2 night booking required. Peak summer school holiday periods require a minimum 7 night stay. Enquire with owner about rates for extra nights and weekly rates.

A portable cot is available on the property for infants.

Payment Terms

To secure a booking a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required.
Payments can be made via payment function in Stayz or direct with the owner by electronic funds transfers or credit card*.
