We loved the yurt it was cute and cozy, very comfortable bed, nice shower in the bathroom. The hosts are wonderful and make you feel so welcomed and the breakfasts were yummy. We loved everything about it and them, would stay again!
The Yert was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower got warm quick and the water pressure was good. French toast was good too. Jim and Patrica are nice people.

Beware of traffic noise. Also, the property is listed as a bed and breakfast. There is no breakfast available. Bathroom and shower area was large and the room is unique. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed that there was no breakfast when the property description stated there was. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the yurt.
The Yurt was fine. But the place it is at has a lot of road noise. The thunder storm that rolled though was intense. So sound insulation is lacking. That is the only down side. It was a very nice place. Just wish it was a little more remote. So yes I recommend staying there.

Nice but noisy and owner cancelled one of 3 reservations
Called number to check in but never received a return call from the property manager. Found owner on site and got in, but never received a call from the property manager. Noisy as the walls are fabric. Ear plugs were provided. I reserved three rooms in March and in July they canceled one of the three rooms with no explanation after several requests. One of the group had to drive to a motel in Eugene.
This is a lovely property just off a main road. Our yurt was spacious and well appointed.
The host graciously let us check in early and was responsive to our questions. We appreciated the option to choose our own lock code (we didn't have to learn a new one). The breakfast was self-serve, which was fine with us, but lacked fresh offerings. There are two grocery stores close by.
Guests should be aware that yurts have thin walls and roofs, so there is not insulation from outside noises.
We would definitely stay again. We loved the location close to friends in Veneta.

Couple
Spent good money to get worse sleep then I do with 4 kids running around my house. The yurts are nice, the hosts are awesome but for gods sakes Next to a Highway!!! That you don't show in your pictures!! And construction at 4:45 am that was great I almost lost it and went out there to throw some of there road cones around it was rediculous lol. A refund would be nice honestly what we paid a night for that worse experience so far ever... Never again....
The yurts were beautifully nestled behind the office and dining area in a beautiful garden of flowers and tress. So many varieties. All beautiful! Inside our yurt was surprisingly roomy. A separate bathroom. The main living space had a comfortable queen bed, enough linens, a nice size dining table and chairs, a nice size refrigerator, a tv, a recliner & lots of privacy from the other guests. Our porch was comfortable with 2 nice sturdy chairs to sit in and enjoy the view of the different garden spaces.
Breakfast each morning was delicious! Homecooked, hot and so yummy! So many choices for beverages. Good conversation with our hosts and other guests.
Our only complaint and it was really just an adjustment on our part. The road noise on our first night was pretty loud. The 2nd night it was much quieter.
Would we book again? Yes! Would we recommend the Yertel Motel? Yes!
This charming three yurt property is nestled downtown Veneta between two businesses. The yurt is spacecous with a queen sized bed, dining table and chairs, comfortable recline,r and an ADA friendly bathroom and shower. It's very cozy with a cohesive rose theme to the decor. There is even a private patio attached to the yurt to enjoy some coffee and relax.
The property is filled with the glorious flowers tended to by Patricia, one of the owners. Jim, her husband, was a friendly and accommodating host. The common area for breakfast was stocked with coffees and teas. Patricia made delicious homemade breakfasts every morning as well.
The amenities were complete, and this is a great value.
We loved the experience of living in a yurt for a few days! The way the round space is used for living is unique and comfortable. And the garden full of blooming roses— and more —- smells and looks amazing. Jim and Patricia care about their property and are warm and gracious hosts. They made us feel very welcome and we thank them for a wonderful stay.
What a stunning property. Unique idea. The Rose gardens alone are worth the stay. Beautiful gardens. First time in a yurt. Big, roomy, well lit. Very well appointed. They have thought of everything to make your experience a great one. Would def go back again.
This is a cute little place and I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my yurt (Mystic Rose). It is lovely and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful. Jim & Patricia are wonderful hosts and made a fabulous breakfast. That was the part that surprised me...I didn't realize that the Yurtel was a B&B!! Breakfast was very tasty & filling! My only complaint would be the traffic noise from the adjoining (very busy) road. But Jim & Patricia provide earplugs! Once I put the earplugs in, I didn't hear a thing and slept marvelously. I would highly recommend this and would gladly stay again!
This is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay! Beautiful grounds, beautiful room, super clean and out-of-this-world breakfasts! Would stay again in a minute.
