Buxton jardines por el río

Una casa de campo hermosa que se sienta en un bloque de 1 acre incluyendo cuidados jardines, un amplio patio trasero y de soporte sobre el río Little Steavenson.

La casa consta de tres dormitorios. La principal es una habitación grande con cama QS, el segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama QS y la tercera habitación tiene 2 juegos de literas.

Hay una gran sala de estar / sala de estar / cocina y una pequeña sala de estar segundo cuarto. 1 aseo y ducha. El salón principal tiene una gran televisión de plasma, DVD y set-top box digital. El segundo salón tiene un gran televisor LCD listo para conectarse a una XBOX BYO o PS4 etc.

La casa está equipada con muebles modernos de estilo colonial de Australia, y hay una estufa de leña para el invierno Coonara y se evapora de refrigeración para el verano, más un ciclo inverso a-c unidad en el salón.

El jardín delantero incluye cuidado jardín y camas perfectamente conservado rosa. El jardín es principalmente césped y árboles de sombra preciosas y retrocede en el río Little Steavenson, a sólo 20 metros de la puerta de atrás. También al aire libre es una terraza con barbacoa y una gran mesa de comedor al aire libre. Tenga en cuenta que no hay vallas proteger a los niños pequeños desde el río.

Al otro lado de la calle hay un gran parque de la familia que incluye barbacoas, columpios, rampa de skate, una pista de bicicletas, pistas de tenis y los anillos de baloncesto, así como un montón de espacio para correr o patear la Footy.

Buxton es de unos 30 minutos de Healesville, más de la Espuela Negro. Marysville y Lake Mountain están a 10 minutos y el lago Eildon a aproximadamente media hora.

Tranquil stay with adventure close by

Peaceful and comfortable property. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and adults to chill. Stream and fire pit out back were great. So close to Buxton MTB park for cycling and Marysville for hiking. Local pub within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Just lovely

As we have regular visitors from the UK, we like to show them other places around our beautiful state of Victoria. We chose this property for its proximity to Marysville and its interesting features, plus the suitability of a 3 bedroom house. The grounds are spectacular and well kept with a delightful creek winding past the back garden. Our visitors were very impressed with it too.

Old boys getaway

We have worked together for more than 18yrs and try to get away for a weekend once or twice a year. Since we have retired we can take the opportunity for a midweek escape. We found our accommodation to to be very clean and comfortable. Set in a beautiful local, with well maintained grounds and backing on to a beautiful stream. We loved our stay and would be happy to go back again.

Absolutely Lovely Stay

Family Holiday (2 x teenagers). Absolutely loved the property, lovely house very clean, spacious and well equipped, Good cooling, great BBQ, great Kitchen. Family stay at Buxton

Great location….. close to Marysville and Lake Mountain. Local Buxton pub is great! The accommodation was fair. Good size, clean linen but limited hot water for only one to two people per morning or evening. We have a family of 4, so hard for us to shower one after another. Not really acceptable for a short stay accommodation. Also, not all TV’s had remotes so we were sharing remotes between two TV’s. Apart from that the property was picturesque with lovely gardens and the river running through the backyard was beautiful.

Perfection in every way

Our weekend away was perfect. House is beautiful, clean and comes with everything we needed. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and the kids had a great time exploring the lovely gardens and playing near the river. Nights reclining by the fire were so relaxing after a big day at the snow. David was a great host and a must have is a Buxton burger when in town. Will definitely be back here again next winter!

Another wonderful time in Buxton

This was our second trip to Buxton. The first time we came was only for a few days so we felt the need to come back for a week, and were so glad we did. It really is a wonderful property and the river in the backyard is just amazing. Like last time we stayed, the house was spotless and well appointed. Plenty of firewood for the wood heater and the house was always toasty warm. David is a great guy and very easy to communicate with. Nothing was a bother and he is a pleasure to deal with. Have already booked our next trip to Buxton!

A little piece of paradise

My wife and our three kids stayed at Buxton Gardens by the river for 5 days in January this year. We were blown away by the property in so many ways. The river at the bottom of the garden is an absolute highlight and we spent many hours sitting on the bank with a beer enjoying the sound of the water. The house is spotless and has everything you will need, and the gardens are just spectacular. Lots of room for the kids to ride their bikes or kick the footy. The playground across the road is a bonus and the trout farm is a short walk away. We have already booked our next trip. Just sensational. Thank you David.

Its the perfect city getaway, As soon as you see the river in the backyard, all you want to do is open a bottle and relax

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The river in the backyard is 20m from the back door and has plenty of fish, yabbies, crays, ducks etc. There are birds everywhere, a bower-bird nest in the front garden and 1 acre of very well maintained gardens to browse around with that same cold drink (or maybe the next one)
