Comfortable stay

Marysville was a great base for visiting Lake Mountain and this home was just what we needed - clean, beautifully warm, comfortable and welcoming. We loved lounging around on the big sofas in front of the fireplace and found everything we needed in the kitchen.

Marysville winter escape

We had an amazing stay. The property had everything we needed. Really appreciated the late check out and baby gates supplied. The spa was a nice addition to enjoy. Very comfortable and pet friendly too! Very close to acces lake mountain. But be prepared that it will cost 170ish for family of 4 per day to access and tabagon. The mountain staff were lovely and everything was organised very well. The town itself is tiny. Good food and supermarket well stocked.We will return for sure!

Fantastic holiday home in Marysville

We loved our Autumn weekend getaway stay at Mountain Ash Lodge. The house was very warm and cosy (loved the fireplace); well appointed with everything we needed, and a very short walk to town (5 min stroll). Beds were very comfy and we also loved the outdoor hot tub. Views from front and back were lovely and backing onto bush land was fabulous! We’ll be back!

Relaxing

Beautiful setting amongst the trees within easy walking distance to the main street. Comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would happily return.

Not suitable for Summer Holidays

The aircon was not working on a 35 deg day, there were no fans in the master bedroom and there was no provision of summer bedding. The place is perfect for winter but not summer at all

Country escape

A wonderful cosy house for a country escape. We enjoyed the chilly nights inside around the fire and the sunny afternoons out on the deck.

The property location was perfect very close to the main street of shops. The property itself was really good with the high cathedral ceiling and fire place. Very clean. Only issue not enough toilet paper.

Exceeded expectations

Based on the photos and facilities, we expected the property to be very nice but it totally exceeded our expectations. The cottage is gorgeous, very well appointed and the outdoor spa was definitely a highlight. The property is private, it's in a great location only a short stroll into town. We can't wait to come back.

Great place, clean and in quiet location with green garden setting

Great stay. Everything clean and great. Only point is was very hot and the air conditioner needs serviced as basically did not cool the room but the room had ceiling fans which helped us keep cool.

Fantastic

Exactly as it looked on the photos, great location, lots of space, massive garden for the dogs.... spa was used everyday....close enough to shops to be able to walk but far enough away to be quiet and secluded.... we all loved the place and we shall definitely be back again.... we had a wk there and came back relaxed and refreshed... Open plan living was great with the kids... and the mezzinine gave them a seperate area.... The owners thought of everything.... basic staples (to refil for the next people), firewood on site if needed, washer snd dryer (esp useful with kids)..... all in all a great place to stay for families or couples.... highly recommend this place
