This condo was great! The murphy beds were perfect for our 2 college aged sons - so much better than a pull out sofa!! The place was clean, well stocked and the balcony was lovely. We didn't use the onsite amenities, but everything looked great - pool, bbq area, etc. It was a great home base for us to explore Maui!!

The place was amazing - five stars across the board. Perfect location - across the street from the beach. Great AC. It was a very clean apartment. The beach chairs, cooler, etc, were a bonus. Only thing - we arrived at night. Nav took us to the side of the building & we couldn’t tell it was the side of the building. If you arrive at night go the front.

I’m a regular at Kam Sands, three times a year for past 20 years. The grounds / facilities are well maintained, love the pool and jacuzzi. Kam Sands is close to 10 of the nicest beaches and Kīhei loaded with great restaurants and shopping in a homey environment. This condo unit well maintained and stocked with everything you’ll need, clean and comfy like home. The two twin Murphy beds perfect in the living room and the split built in AC in living room and bedroom can’t be beat. Will be back to this unit for sure.

Clean and close to the beach

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The pool area is hard to beat for the kids and a very short walk to the beach.

Communication with Martina was outstanding. The condo was very clean and well kept. It’s location near the pool and across the street from the beach was fantastic. Fantastic stay!

The condo was exactly as advertised! We loved the location and use of the chairs, tennis racquets, games, towels, and boogie boards. The pool and gym area were used extensively and some good eats were easy walks away. We look forward to coming back back soon!

Great Vacation

This was a cozy place in an optimal location! I would return and stay again! (I stayed in front room in Murphy bed…a dresser would have been nice for my folded clothes instead of the piece of furniture with the decorations and books).

Well-equipped condo in a perfect location

Close to a beautiful beach park, this unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great holiday. Nearby barbecues, a balcony seating area with a view and a well stocked kitchen made cooking at home a breeze. Beach chairs and snorkels were an added benefit.

Why they chose this property

My favorite place on Maui is kihei. Everything is within walking distance. Close to beautiful Wailea and gorgeous golf courses. This really is the perfect spot. I lost my heart here in 2005.

What makes this property unique

The property grounds here at Kamaole Sands are spectacular. Gorgeous vegetation, waterfalls and ponds make you forget your worries as you drive in. Steps away from world famous Kamaole Beach III, what more could you ask for.
